This Bible exposition was anchored by Bro Josh and during the start of this session, Brother Moan asked a question "If God knows Adam and Eve will be tested by the devil why didn't He stop them"?
Bro Eli answered this question by saying that is a wrong accusation upon God. Here are the lessons that i learnt;
Isaiah 46:9 Remember the former things of old: for i an God and there is none else I am God, and there is none like me.
Vs 10. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, my counsel shall stand and I will do all my pleasure.
God knows the beginning to the end, He's the alpha and omega, That's why we have prophecies in the bible of the things that we happen in the future
God already warned Adam and Eve in advance before it happened saying "Thou shall not eat". He knows there is possibility for them not to obey His commands and that is why He declared the judgement in
Genesis 2:17 "But of thr tree of knowledge of good: in the days you eat of it thou shall surely die".
Sometimes we do not understand God's dealings and His methodologies. He has given us given us choices to make and will never force anyone to comply to His will, He wants our obedience to be free will and not forcefully
Isaiah 1:19 "If ye be willing and obedient ye shall eat the good of the land"
His free will gave us power to choose freedom in obedience to His will and also freedom to disobey him depending on our choice and decision. But He will always caution us and give us warnings ahead before it happens.
Deut 30 :19 "I call heaven and earth to record you that, I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing ; therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live.
Romans 3:3 "For what if some did not believe? Shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
In some churches they do not teach the concept of God has faith. God has faith and faith is trust, trust that maybe or may not happen. Because of His faith to His creation, He gives us liberty to choose between obedience and disobedience. But He wants us to obey Him in faith, even though He knows is possible for us to disobey Him. But desire that will obey him willingly without compulsion or force. He is assured in His faith that if others choose to disobey Him the remaining will obey him
Examples of those who obeyed God in the bible are; Noah,Abraham, Sarah,Moses liberated Israel. God is calling us to serve him 1corinth 1:9 "God is faithful, by ehom ye were called unto fellowship of his son Jesus christ our Lord.
