Hello brethern is a pleasure to share with you , what l learnt during Bible exposition us Brother Eli explain and answer questions which are very important in our christ life.
THE TEACHINGS OF FALSE MEN OF GOD
I learnt that as men of God ,pastors and teachers teaches their own righteouness instead of the righteousness of God ,their teaches are vain and fable.
Romans 10 :3
For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
Some think their worshiping God but that is not the case.They teach the doctrine of man
Mark 7:7
Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
If we listen to these men of God then it means we are turning from the truth
Titus 1:14
Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.
WE ARE ALL ONE IN THE CHURCH OF GOD
As Brother Eli answers these question ,were the church in the Asian minor different ?
I learnt that they were all different church but the same church of God.They were all affiliate to the church of God.
They were all united under the body of Jesus Christ who is the head of the Church.
colossians 3 :15
And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
1 corinthians 12 :13
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit
Colossians 4 :16
And when this epistle is read among you, cause that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea.
Brethern us we study the word of God we must make sure that we live our life us expected of us ,so that we will be free from the wrath which is on the way coming.
