Bravo! Now I know that move as "The crab" and as long as I start from the floor I can still do it, ish... My daughter can drop into it like you do but she was into gymnastics for a while. She did teach me how to do a backflip, but only on the trampoline(Maybe I should post that as a video to give everyone a giggle?)
