The seemingly small number of competition photos “caused a big” deadlock!

Five contestants invited us to five places on our planet through their photos.

Jak si sami spočítáte, měl jsem problém s udělením cen :-). Musela mi pomoci „hlasovací krabice“.

Tak kde dnes začneme?
Třeba v Detroitu (USA), kam nás pozval @manuvert. Hart Plaza bylo místo první osady evropských přistěhovalců. Dnes je to místo odpočinku, zajímavých objektů a přístav pro vyhlídkové plavby. Fotografie získala první cenu.

So where do we start today?
For example, in Detroit (USA), where @manuvert invited us. Hart Plaza was the site of the first settlement of European immigrants. Today it is a place of rest, interesting objects and a port for sightseeing cruises. The photo won first prize.

Druhou zastávku našeho výletu s ATW si uděláme v Japonsku. @itz.inno opustila večerní Tokio a vypravila se na horu Omuro v prefektuře Shizuoka. Není to obyčejná hora. Je to „spící“ sopka. Fotografie získala první cenu.

The second stop of our ATW trip will be in Japan. @itz.inno left evening Tokyo and went to Mount Omuro in Shizuoka Prefecture. It is no ordinary mountain. It is a “dormant” volcano. The photo won first prize.

V Brisbane (Austrálie) je bezesporu mnoho zajímavých míst. Prostřednictvím @new.things se podíváme na zdánlivě obyčejnou věc, jakou jsou kořeny stromů. Na Scrub Road však příroda ukazuje svou sílu :-). Fotografie získala speciální cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce října.

There are undoubtedly many interesting places in Brisbane (Australia). Through @new.things we will look at a seemingly ordinary thing, such as tree roots. However, nature shows its power on Scrub Road :-). The photo won a special prize with the right to participate in the additional competition for the best photo of the month of October.

Jako už několikrát, tak i tentokrát jsem dlouho hledal místo, kam nás pozval @ansoe. Snad jsem Relax resort v Pathein Gyi nedaleko Mandalay (Myanmar) umístil na mapě správně. Fotografie získala první cenu.

As several times before, this time too I have been looking for a long time for the place @ansoe invited us to. I hope I have placed the Relax resort in Pathein Gyi near Mandalay (Myanmar) correctly on the map. The photo won the first prize.

Poslední zastávku si uděláme ve @phortun-ově domovském moravskoslezském kraji. Zcela nedávno podnikl s rodinou výlet k Raduňským rybníkům. Fotografie získala třetí cenu.

We will make the last stop in @phortun's home region of Moravia-Silesia. He recently took a trip with his family to the Raduňské ponds. The photo won the third prize.

Tolik prvních cen jako dnes jsem snad za dobu trvání soutěže ještě nerozdal :-). Svědčí to o velké vyrovnanosti technické kvality soutěžních fotografií. Jsem zvědav, co nás čeká na příštím výletu s ATW.

I have probably never given out so many first prizes as today during the competition :-). This testifies to the great balance of the technical quality of the competition photos. I am curious to see what awaits us on the next trip with ATW.
