Naši dnešní krátkou procházku začneme na zajímavém místě v Praze.
Břevnovský klášter, kam nás pozval @actifit-godfish, je skoro nejstarší klášter v Čechách a také zároveň místo, kde se už od počátků vařilo (a opět vaří) pivo :-). Fotografie získala druhé místo.

Přes oceán do Kalifornie. @manuvert měl tu možnost být vzhůru brzy ráno a tak se mu podařilo vyfotit Ryan Mountain (Joshua Tree National Park) za svítání. Fotografie získala speciální cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce listopadu.
Across the ocean to California (USA). @manuvert had the opportunity to be up early in the morning and so he managed to take a photo of Ryan Mountain (Joshua Tree National Park) at dawn. The photo won a special prize with the right to participate in the additional competition for the best photo of the month of November.
Na další zastávce jsem měl známý problém. Prolezl jsem (obrazně) celý kopec Yankin Hill (Mandalay, Myanmar) a žádnou Nga Yant Min Cave nenašel. @ansoe by měl příště místa na soutěžní fotografii označovat v mapě #worldmappin nebo #travelfeed. Fotografie získala druhou cenu.
At the next stop, I had a familiar problem. I climbed (figuratively) the entire Yankin Hill (Mandalay, Myanmar) and did not find any Nga Yant Min Cave. Next time, @ansoe should mark the places in the competition photo on the #worldmappin or #travelfeed map. The photo won second place.
Zpátky do Evropy, konkrétně na jižní Moravu do městečka Rosice. @hairyfairy nás pozval na prohlídku nádvoří místního zámku. Co možná nevíte, pod zámkem a zámeckým parkem se nachází velký podzemní kryt z dob studené války. Fotografie získala třetí cenu.
Back to Europe, specifically to South Moravia, to the town of Rosice. @hairyfairy invited us to tour the courtyard of the local castle. What you may not know is that there is a large underground shelter from the Cold War era under the castle and castle park. The photo won third prize.
Krátká nedělní „procházka“ s ATW je za námi. Myslím, že jsme opět viděli zajímavá místa. Znovu apeluji na soutěžící. Označujte navštívená místa v mapě na #worldmappin nebo #travelfeed. Usnadníte mi práci a případným zájemcům o návštěvu vámi vyfoceného místa ušetříte bloudění :-).

Hey, thanks a lot for the rewards, and to the judges as well! I know it's just a sunrise, but the whole hike and waiting on that mountain top was a great experience. As always, congrats to all photographers.
I don't really have any traveling plan for a while, so not sure I'll be able to submit anything worthy for the contest, but I'll be on the lookout.

It is not an "obligation" to be registered for every competition round :-).
It is an "obligation" to submit a great photo of an interesting place. How much time you need for this is up to you :-).
That's exactly what I meant. I am not sure I'll have an opportunity to visit any interesting place in the next few days, or even weeks, so I'll probably stay out of the competition. But like I said, I will be on the lookout, just in case I do end up somewhere interesting! That does happen unexpectedly sometimes.
And yes, getting up so early was an achievement !lolz
