After Prague we went to Krakow.

Krakow is the most popular tourist city in Poland, one of the oldest. It is officially called the Royal Capital City of Krakow. The historic center of Krakow is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The current city became the European Capital of Culture in 2000. Krakow has incredibly beautiful ancient architecture, many historical and cultural monuments, modern creative museums and a special atmosphere of a royal city with a majestic history.

Places to visit:

-The Old Town quarter is surrounded on the perimeter by a wide alley. This is the Krakow Plants Park.
-Market Square: St. Mary's Church, Cloth Rows, central square of Krakow
In the center of the square there are rows of shops: on the ground floor they sell souvenirs, and on the second floor there is the Gallery of Polish Art of the 19th century.
Opposite the Cloth Rows stands the majestic St. Mary's Church, a favorite church of all city guides, because many legends can be told about it.
-Church of St. Wojciech - one of the oldest and smallest churches in Krakow.
-Jewish Quarter Kazimierz
Kazimierz is one of the oldest compact settlements of Jews in Europe, this people has lived here since 1495. The quarter is named after the Polish King Casimir, who founded it.
-Wistle embankment
On both banks of the Vistula are the so-called Vistula boulevards.
-Small Market Square and the Church of St. Barbara
Small Market Square is not as well known as large, but very authentic and atmospheric. The main attraction of the square is the Church of St. Barbara, which is beautiful and elegant both inside and out.
