For the CCC's Street Art Contest #223 always hosted by @digi-me, we're continuing our exploration of works done during the last Under Pressure festival in August in Montreal. After the TIK Crew wall (see StreetArt#729), this time it's a 7-artist collaboration from Montreal.
Pour le CCC's Street Art Contest #223 toujours organisé par @digi-me, nous continuons l'exploration des oeuvres faites durant le dernier festival Under Pressure au mois d'aout à Montréal. Après le mur du TIK Crew (voir StreetArt#729), cette fois il s'agit d'une collaboration à 7 artistes provenant de Montréal.
WHERE
On rue Sainte Elizabeth near rue Sainte Catherine in Montreal. For this festival, all the works are located along rue Sainte Catherine between rue Sanguinet and boulevard Saint Laurent. Very easy to walk, but unfortunately the area is a little unloved.
Dans la rue Sainte Elizabeth tout près de la rue Sainte Catherine à Montréal. Pour ce festival, toutes les oeuvres se trouvent le long de la rue Sainte Catherine entre la rue Sanguinet et le boulevard Saint Laurent. Très facile à marcher mais malheureusement le quartier manque un peu d'amour.

WHO
As I said in the introduction, this is a collaboration of seven artists. I'm going to speak about the artists from the top left-hand corner. This is Fasi, an artist we see from time to time at the Legal Wall de Rouen. Just below, with this genie emerging from a magic lamp, is Bibi Una, who has been based in Montreal for several years.
Commne je le disais en introduction, il s'agit d'une collaboration de sept artistes. Je vais vous parler les artistes en commençant par le coin haut gauche. Il s'agit de Fasi, artiste qu'on croise de temps en temps au Mur Légal de Rouen. Juste en dessous avec ce génie sortant d'une lampe magique il s'agit de Bibi Una installée depuis quelques années à Montréal.
Next to Fasi, we have lettering by Danilo Cardoza aka Pinto with a HER style Scheherazade underneath with those manga eyes outlined in a white triangle. I think she's just rubbed the lamp, and must be getting her three wishes. I'd love to... Not you? Next to it, there are some birds by MaxLKS which I mentioned in the previous contest, see Street Art Contest #222.
A côté de Fasi, on a un lettrage de Danilo Cardoza aka Pinto avec en dessous une Shérazade style HER avec ces yeux manga soulignés d'un triangle blanc. Je pense qu'elle vient de frotter la lampe, et elle doit avoir le droit à ses trois voeux. J'aimerai bien... Pas vous ? A côté, il y a quelques oiseaux de MaxLKS dont j'ai parlé lors du précédent contest, voir Street Art Contest #222.
The last part is composed of Pest with this black and white lettering just above Medusa. She's the investigator of this wall, having been released from hospital just to take part in the festival. That's one hell of an artist 😀.
La dernière partie est composée de Pest avec ce lettrage en noir et blanc juste au dessus de Medusa. C'est elle l'investigatrice de ce mur, elle est sortie de l'hôpital juste pour participer au festival. C'est fait fort un(e) artiste 😀.
