When we walk around town, we always have to pay attention to detail. Because you never know what you're going to find. Especially in a city like Montreal (but it's not the only city, as the many posts in the StreetArt Community prove), we can see superb murals, or collages, but also even smaller works that are just as magnificent and full of creativity: stickers.
Quand nous nous promenons en ville, il faut toujours être attentif au détail. Car nous ne savons jamais ce que nous allons découvrir. Surtout dans une ville comme Montréal (mais ce n'est pas la seule ville comme le prouve les nombreux articles de la Communauté StreetArt), nous pouvons apercevoir de superbes murales, ou alors des collages mais aussi des œuvres encore plus petites tout aussi magnifiques et remplies de créativité, les autocollants.
Today I'm showing you a few places filled with several stickers, because generally they like to live in groups 😀. Too bad I can't find the name of the artist who made this beaver head (if it's a beaver).
Aujourd'hui je vous présente quelques endroits remplis de plusieurs autocollants, car généralement ils aiment vivre en groupe 😀. Dommage que je ne retrouve pas le nom de l'artiste qui réalise cette tête de castor (si c'est un castor).

We start with this series just behind a bank in the middle of Graffiti Alley. I have no idea what's behind this condemned window. I've always seen these wooden boarded windows painted grey or black. So when they get a bit of color, it's always better. They become a kind of showcase.
Nous commençons avec cet ensemble qui se trouve juste derrière une banque au milieu de la Graffiti Alley. Je n'ai aucune idée de ce qui se trouve derrière cette fenêtre condamné. J'ai toujours vu ces fenêtres couvertes d'une planche bois peintes en gris ou noir. Alors quand elles arborent un peu de couleurs, c'est toujours mieux. Elles deviennent une sorte de vitrine.
Pictured bottom left is Kyara Cabrera Fong, a multimedia artist who occasionally does somes stickers. Just below, with a fairy surrounded by butterflies, is April Showers, a visual artist. On the right, above, the flower with an eye was made by Life, whose mural served as the illustration for this Weekly StreetArt . With below, a little devil made by Zokoh (for those who know he reminds me of Sarkozy, a former French president 😀) and next to it, we find SoapGhost with his perfect sentence during COVID: “Wash Your Hands”.
Sur la photo en bas à gauche, il s'agit de Kyara Cabrera Fong, une artiste multimedia qui se laisse de temps en temps tenter par un autocollant. Just en dessous, avec une féé entourée papillons, il s'agit de April Showers, une artiste visuelle. Sur la photo de droite, en haut, la fleur avec un oeil a été faite par Life dont une murale a servi d'illustration pour ce Weekly StreetArt. Avec en dessous, un petit diable réalisé par Zokoh (pour ceux qui connaissent il me fait penser à Sarkozy, un ancien président français 😀) et à côté, on retrouve SoapGhost avec sa phrase parfaite pendant la COVID : "Lave tess mains".

At the entrance to Graffiti Alley (on Avenue des Pins), someone has been practicing his lettering on stickers. And on the other metal box, the frog staring at us is the work of Katie Paglialunga, an artist with a rather psychedelic universe.
A l'entrée de la Graffiti Alley, quelqu'un s'est entrainé à faire quelques lettres sur des autocollants. Et sur l'autre boitier métallique, la grenouille qui nous regarde est l'œuvre de Katie Paglialunga, une artiste avec un univers assez psychédélique.
We finish, just a little way from this famous alley, with another grouping of stickers, two of which I particularly like, the few black lines representing a three-eyed face and the cosmonaut ready to graffiti on the Moon. A favorite sticker in this post?
Nous terminons, juste un peu loin de cette fameuse allée, pour un autre attroupement de stickers avec deux que j'apprécie particulièrement, les quelques traits noirs représentant un visage à trois oeils et le cosmonaute prêt à faire un graffiti sur la Lune. Un autocollant préféré dans cette série ?

I guess my favorite would be the astronaut. I kind of like the grouping of the lettering stickers. I like to see stickers in a group that look cool together.
That's usually the case, the sticker doesn't like to be alone on its post... it likes to be surrounded, it's a social animal 😀
