Like every Monday, it's time for Weekly StreetArt, your weekly dose of Street Art. Last week, I felt there was less activity in our community. A few suggestions have been put forward to make the community more lively and attractive. These are presented in the following section. But first, Montreal StreetArt 😀
Comme chaque lundi, voici venir le temps du Weekly StreetArt, votre dose de Street Art hebdomadaire. La semaine dernière, je trouvais l'activité moindre au sein de notre communauté. Quelques suggestions ont été proposées pour rendre la communauté plus vivante et attrayante. Le tout est présenté dans la section suivante. Mais avant un peu de StreetArt de Montréal.
To illustrate this Weekly StreetArt, I show you this skull done by Arpi la Vie aka René-Pierre Beaudry on an abandoned building in Montreal's Parc du Portugal. It's a highly original piece, with bits of wood glued to a plank of wood. The result is a very dynamic with this trail of colors.
Pour illustrer ce Weekly StreetArt, je vous propose ce crâne réalisé par Arpi la Vie aka René-Pierre Beaudry sur un bâtiment abandonné du Parc du Portugal à Montréal. C'est oeuvre est très originale dans sa conception avec ces bouts de bois collés sur une planche de bois. Cela donne un résultat très dynamique avec cette trainée de couleurs.

- @jlufer suggested to contact the curators of OCD, Qurator, Appreciator, Ecency (who already support us a lot)... to upvote some of our community's posts. Great idea... I'll contact them later this week.
- So I thought I'd put together a CONTEST to redesign our banner. The last version was made some time ago @nowargraffitis, cool result. The rules with the prize 🎁 will be explained for the next Weekly StreetArt. I had thought of two weeks to present the banners and one week of voting to determine the winner. If you have any ideas, don't hesitate.
- Last but not least, a small summary to see the week's activity: new members, number of posts...*.
Voici les 3 article sélectionnés cette semaine. Et pour les auteurs sélectionnés, n'oubliez pas d'indiquer votre choix de récompense HIVE ou HBD en commentaire. Sinon la semaine dernière, je trouvais qu'il y avait moins d'activité dans notre communauté. Voici les idées obtenues :
- @jlufer m'a proposé de contacter les curateurs de OCD, Qurator, Appreciator, Ecency (qui nous supporte déjà beaucoup)... pour upvoter certains posts de notre communauté. Très bonne idée... Je vais les contacter dans le courant de la semaine.
- Sinon j'avais pensé à faire un CONCOURS pour refaire de notre bandeau. La dernière version a été réalisée il y a quelques temps @nowargraffitis. Les règles avec le prix 🎁 seront expliquées pour le prochain Weekly StreetArt. J'avais pensé à deux semaines pour présenter le bandeau et une semaine de vote pour déterminer le gagnant. Si vous avez des idées, n'hésitez pas.
- Dernière point, un petit tableau pour voir l'activité de la semaine : nouveaux membres, nombre de posts...

We start our "StreetArt world tour" in Venezuela with @iscrak, who shares this superb mural with us. Thanks to this work, this coffe shop and pastry doesn't go unnoticed on this street. Too bad the artist's name isn't legible, I think it's written completely on the left of the photo.
Nous commençons notre tour du monde StreetArt au Venezuela avec @iscrak qui nous partage cette superbe murale. Grâce à cette œuvre ce café, pâtisserie ne passe pas inaperçu dans cette rue. Dommage que le nom de l'artiste ne soit pas lisible, je pense qu'il est inscrit complétement à gauche sur la photo.

As usual, we're off to Mannheim with @street-ar who has written a new post on the artist Enun Ciate. Always cool to discover his very manga and sexy universe, except for this dinosaur. But I like him anyway.

And we end this Weekly StreetArt with @littlebee4, who shares with us a mural she saw on his latest trip to the American East Coast. It's always interesting when StreetArt reveals the culture and history of the city where it was painted. This is exactly the case with this work done by Nancy Baker, Janet Braun Reinitz and Rebecca Tippens. Superb result.

Yep… busy busy
So much to do. Clearing fallen trees in the forest over the paths (we are chopping for firewood 🪵), building raised beds, making stakes for some wattling later, cleaning and maintaining the garden. It will take a while.
