Came across this one while working on a new site in Brunswick.
The artists tag reads Mike Makatron though I don't recall coming across any of his work before. The piecet wraps the corner of the building and is well detailed.
In particular shading and details on the leaves and branches really give it a good sense of depth that can sometimes be lacking.
