Oh my gosh, I thought my sleep patterns were bad! Please try to get more sleep. Your body needs it! I realised I was doing myself a disservice and it will affect your health. I now try to get to bed earlier most days each week and get a good nights sleep. I still stay awake late maybe 2 nights a week but this is much better than I was! Don't procrastinate - go to sleeeeeeeeeeeep... hehe

😂 I am working on my sleep pattern, I steal small small sleeps here and there during the day and at early hours of the evening. Makes me feel much better than I was.
