En este post debemos responder las siguiente preguntas:

1- ¿Que mejoras le harías a Hive?

Hive es una plataforma muy solida, y con comunidades de gran potencial, la verdad es que tengo poco tiempo que ingrese a ella, sin embargo podría recomendar mas trabajos de este tipo, al igual que los concursos, pienso que ayudan muchísimo a los nuevos integrantes a sentirse mas seguros al momento de publicar un tema en especifico.

Si tengo algo que opinar acerca de Hive es con respecto a los votos que le dan a las publicaciones, he notado que hay publicaciones buenas con contenido original, de hivers con poca reputación y no reciben los votos o la recompensa que merecen muchas veces no reciben nada, y otras publicaciones algo sencillas pero con alta reputación reciben gran cantidad de votos y buenas recompensas, me han dicho que es por las etiquetas que colocas en tus publicaciones,pero en realidad no me ha quedado muy claro, podrían los encargados de esta tarea ser un poco mas flexibles a la hora de votar, dejar algún tipo de comentario en las publicaciones haciendo énfasis en lo que la persona debería mejorar o crear algunas guías, o publicaciones para que los que estamos comenzando podamos mejorar nuestro contenido.

1- What improvements would you make to Hive?
Hive is a very solid platform, and with communities of great potential, the truth is that I have little time to enter it, however I could recommend more works of this type, like the contests, I think they help a lot of new members to feel more secure when publishing a specific topic.

If I have anything to say about Hive it is regarding the votes they give to posts, I have noticed that there are good posts with original content, from hivers with little reputation and they do not receive the votes or the reward they deserve many times they do not receive Nothing, and other somewhat simple but highly reputable publications receive a large number of votes and good rewards, I have been told that it is because of the labels you place on your publications, but in reality it has not been very clear to me, those in charge of this task could Be a little more flexible when it comes to voting, leave some type of comment in the publications emphasizing what the person should improve or create some guides, or publications so that those of us who are starting can improve our content.

2- ¿Como invitas a tus amigos a Hive?

Les he comentado a muchos amigos sobre esta gran plataforma, aprovechando la situación que estamos viviendo he tenido la oportunidad de hablarles e invitarlos a que vean los contenidos y por supuesto de las remuneración que obtienes siempre y ciando hagas un buen trabajo. Siempre trato de dejarles claro que entrar a la plataforma requiere tiempo, dedicación y muchas ganas de ir mejorando cada día, pues es así como podrás recibir buenas recompensas por tu trabajo.

2-How do you invite your friends to Hive?
I have told many friends about this great platform, taking advantage of the situation we are experiencing I have had the opportunity to talk to them and invite them to see the content and of course the remuneration you always get and when you do a good job.
I always try to make it clear that entering the platform requires time, dedication and a lot of desire to improve every day, as this is how you can receive good rewards for your work.

3- ¿Qué estrategias usas para invitarlos?

La estrategia que mas he usado son las redes sociales, y como dije anteriormente, primero los invito que lean acerca de la plataforma y que vean algunos trabajos y sus recompensas para que se sientan motivados a ingresar.
