Hi guys!!! I know I know it took me long enough to post this, but hey! I had to check each and every one grow manually and there were too many of you, also I have a real life plankton I have to take care he is almost 2 years old now so he is very demanding I suggest you stick to Hive planktons and don’t try having a real one at home if you want to sleep at all! xD
Let’s get down to business!
We had a total participation of 35 planktons and 27 adopters, I thank you all of you adopters for joining in and helping out as much as you could to these new users of Hive get a good start on the blockchain.
We had some amazing prizes of delegations for a winning pair of plankton and adopter, but in order to win those you needed to follow the rules that you can find here the complete list of rules but, I’m going to put here a short version.
Rules
1. Find a Plankton
A Plankton is a new user with less than 5 HP of their own preferably, someone struggling to start on Hive.
2. Adopt Said Plankton
make a post about how you are entering this initiative and present in that post your adoptee. Use the tags #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers in your first 5 tags.
3. Teach Your Adoptee the Basics
How to post, how to interact, where he/she can find help when need it, how to make a good intro post and at least a few more posts, teach them about rewards and the ability to grow their account with the 100% power up of their first rewards.
4. Get your adoptee to reach at least 15HP of their own, and to be independent.
I set the bar low enough to give all a chance.
5. Be part of our Live Curations in @minnowsupport project at PALNet Discord Server
I did a couple of live curations on the PALNet Discord Server.
6. Make One Last Post About Your Adoptee Achievements.
In this post you can tell us all about how the adopt a plankton initiative when for you and your adoptee and what you guys achieved together.
Reglas
1. Encuentra un Plancton
Un plancton es un nuevo usuario con menos de 5 HP propios preferiblemente, alguien que lucha por comenzar en Hive.
2. Adopta a Dicho Plancton
hacer un post donde dices que participaras en esta iniciativa y presentas en esa publicación a tu adoptado. Use las etiquetas #AdoptAPlankton, #Hive and #NewHivers, como dentro de tus primeras 5.
3. Enseña A Tu Adoptado Lo Básico
Cómo publicar, cómo interactuar, dónde puede encontrar ayuda, cómo hacer un post de introducción bueno y al menos algunas publicaciones más, enséñale la capacidad de hacer crecer su cta.
4. Que Su Adoptado Logre Tener Al Menos 15 HP Propios Y Sea Independiente.
Coloque el mínimo lo suficientemente bajo, para dar una oportunidad a todos.
5. Ser parte de Mis Live Curation de @minnowsupport en el Servidor de Discord de PALNet
Hice curaciones en vivo en el servidor de Discord de PALNet.
6. Hacer Una Última Publicación Sobre Los Logros De Su Adoptado.
En esta publicación, puede contarnos todo sobre cómo fue adoptar a su plancton y lo que lograron juntos.

I had issues choosing since another pair did had a better Hive Power Numbers but even tho they did do amazing they did not take part of any of the live curations we did and since that was a requirement to win, I had to choose the next best pair.
Tuve problemas para elegir ya que otro par tenía mejores números de Hive Power, pero incluso aunque lo hicieron increíble, no participaron de ninguna de las curaciones en vivo que hicimos y, como era un requisito para ganar, tuve que elegir el siguiente mejor par.
The Initiative started on July 15th and ended July 31th, as you can see in my posts, so I took that frame of time to check for the grow of the plankton.

Yo diría que tantos regaños, paciencia, dedicación y pasión valieron la pena, aún no he cumplido mi primer mes en la plataforma y me siento muy orgulloso de lograr ganar este premio con esfuerzo y lo qué he logrado, creo que hasta conocerme un poco más, ya que nunca había redactado mis experiencias, hoy las traigo a ustedes con mucha motivación.
