Últimamente le ando haciendo terapias a una señora de 72 años, que le dió un accidente cerebro vascular hace un año. Le volvió a repetir y pasó a ser una patología ya. Los Fisioterapeutas tratamos las secuelas de esa patología.
Presenta mano con hipotonía (bajo tono Muscular), no la mueve, entonces hay que realizarles técnicas manuales. Le coloco tens para disminuir el dolor del hombro doloroso por el ACV, tens que compré gracias a Hive reuniendo desde diciembre.
Le realizó básicamente ejercicios para la coordinación y la propiocepción. Sabemos que el cerebro aprende por repeticiones, para nosotros es trabajar la neuroplasticidad que han perdido después del evento.
Por suerte mueve su pierna izquierda que fue el lado izquierdo dónde le dió la parálisis, específicamente el cuádriceps, sabemos que el accidente cerebrovascular es la causa y la secuela es la hemiplejia que la parálisis de la mitad del cuerpo. Le realizó movilizaciones con ayuda de ella que mueve su pierna izquierda y yo le completo el movimiento.
