Throwback to September 21st during the day of the Yellow Flowers. I have already talked about this tradition. It is not that old and it is also something that should not be celebrated around here. Alas, Venezuelans are overdoers.
Anyways, it gives a nice excuse to go out and dress properly. During this day, I went on a date with my lovely @octocel. The idea was simple. We spent some time window surfing and then went over for pizza. We had other ideas of what to get for lunch. On our dressing code, she was wearing a milkmaid dress. It is a short white dress that looked incredible on her. As for me, it was all about denim. In some way, we looked like polar opposites for our dressing. However, the match was really cool.
We went to one of the pizza places and had some ice cream while we waited for our pies. The idea changed from eating there to spending some time at my place chilling. We had already done the hole parade thing by walking the mall with our dress code and flowers. Then it was time to chill. Thus we ordered to-go and then got on a taxi back to my place. Why a taxi? It was really hot on that Sunday and we were carrying hot pizza boxes.
In the end, we spent quite a nice Sunday talking and laying on bed. The pizza was a nice touch. If this traditions give me time to spend with her, they are worth it. And it so happens that today, we are on the 11th month celebration of starting dating. So saving the photos made for a special post on an special occasion.
