My wife and I went to check out the newest Trigu's Bakery, a bakery/restaurant chain that's gotten super popular in our state, now boasting 18 locations. This new spot is in Guacara, Carabobo, and it looks like it's the biggest one yet.
####Conociendo la nueva y gigantesca sede de Trigu's Bakery
Fui junto a mi esposa a conocer la nueva sede de Trigu's Bakery, una cadena de panaderías/restaurantes que se ha hecho muy popular en el estado donde vivimos, alcanzando ya las 18 sedes. Está nueva serie se ubica en Guacara, Carabobo y al parecer es la más grande de las 18.
This bakery isn't new to us; we've visited several of their Valencia branches, usually to grab a chocolate-filled sweet bread for a snack. So, this was a perfect chance to see the new location and enjoy our usual little chocolate bun.
Está panadería no es nueva para nosotros, ya hemos visitado varias de sus sedes en Valencia, normalmente para comprar un pan dulce relleno con chocolate que comemos de merienda. Así que está fue una buena oportunidad para conocer la nueva sede y comer el acostumbrado pancito con chocolate.
This new branch is definitely the largest. Right at the entrance, there's a bunch of tables for those who enjoy eating outdoors. Once you go inside, you'll find even more seating, and right away, the bakery section. There's a display case packed with all kinds of dry pastries and cakes, some traditional to our country and others from abroad.
Está sede es definitivamente la más grande, en la entrada tiene un conjunto de mesas para quienes gustan comer al aire libre, luego pasa y encuentras muchos más meses y de primero el área de panadería, con una vitrina llena de dulces secos y tortas de todo tipo, algunas tradicionales de nuestro país y otros dulces extranjeros.
This level also has an area offering food for lunch, grilled chicken, pizza, and even barbecue and a variety of sandwiches. Since it's brand new, everything looks great, and the service is top-notch. Unlike some of their other locations, this one actually has servers who can take your order or bring what you've ordered at the counter right to your table.
Este nivel también cuenta con área que ofrece comida para almuerzos, también pollo a la brasa, pizza, hay también parrillas y variedad de sándwiches. Por ser nuevo todo se ve muy bien y el servicio es óptimo, aunque no es habitual en otras de sus sedes, está cuenta con mesoneros que pueden tomar tu orden, o llevar a tu mesa lo que hayas pedido por barra.
The upper floor is kind of a mezzanine with more tables, an outdoor balcony for dining, and a small play area for the kids with supervising staff. This means parents can actually relax for a bit while they eat. It's definitely a different take on the kind of bakeries Venezuelans are used to. With so many locations in my state already, I'm sure they'll be expanding to more parts of the country soon.
El piso superior es una especie de mezzanina con más meses, un balcón también para comer al aire libre y un pequeño parque para los más pequeños de la casa con personal que los supervisa, para que los padres pueden relajarse un rato mientras comen. Definitivamente es una propuesta diferente al tipo de panaderías que los venezolanos estamos acostumbrados, seguramente ya con tantas sedes en mi estados, pronto irán a más lugares de país.
