Today with much affection I want to show and tell you a little of how I spent my December 31 of the past year 2023 ❤️ the truth is that day was wonderful and unforgettable for me, because I had the joy of being with my loved ones and that for me is full happiness...
Mi día empezó a las 10 de la mañana, porque la noche anterior estuve compartiendo en el súper cumpleaños de mi tío Chacón, como ya les conté! Bueno, ya al estar activa y bella 😃 desayuné hallacas recién hechas con mi amado esposo y luego me puse a organizar la cena de la noche con mis hermanas Kinverly y Luisa... Mi mamita no se unió en ese momento a la reunión con nosotras porque se puso un poco melancólica extrañando a mis otros dos hermanos (Mileydi y Leodanny) quienes se quedaron en sus ciudades con sus familiares!
My day started at 10 am, because the night before I was sharing in the super birthday of my uncle Chacón, as I already told you! Well, already being active and beautiful 😃 I had breakfast freshly made hallacas with my beloved husband and then I started to organize the evening dinner with my sisters Kinverly and Luisa... My mommy didn't join the reunion with us at that time because she got a little melancholic missing my other two siblings (Mileydi and Leodanny) who stayed in their cities with their families!
A las 4 de la tarde ya teníamos todo listo para la cena 😃 teníamos hallaquitas, pan de jamón, pan de canilla, ensalada de pollo, arroz, lentejas, pasticho, torta de chocolate, mandarinas, refrescos, vino y jugo! Waooo ¿muchas cosas verdad? 😃 gracias a Dios 🙏 la verdad todos estábamos muy felices por tener tantas cosas para compartir en nuestra cena ❤️
By 4 pm we had everything ready for dinner 😃 we had hallaquitas, ham bread, canilla bread, chicken salad, rice, lentils, pasticho, chocolate cake, tangerines, soft drinks, wine and juice! Waooo a lot of stuff right? 😃 thank God 🙏 we were all very happy to have so many things to share in our dinner ❤️
Ya después de terminar con los preparativos de la comida, de una vez me puse a organizar las mesas y sillas en el porche de mi mamá para la cena! Y luego me acosté un rato a descansar y aproveché a tomarme unas lindas selfies 😃 más tarde, a las 8 de la noche ya todos estábamos listos y muy hermosos para celebrar nuestra noche de fin de año y recibir con mucho amor y emoción el 2024 😃 empezamos con la deliciosa cena, luego nos tomamos muchas fotografías para el recuerdo, unas en casa de mi mamá y otras en casa de tía dilia porque todos viven en la misma calle! Después nos fuimos a casa de mi abuela que en paz descanse (porque allí llegan mis tías que viven en Caracas y recibimos todos el año nuevo allí, en honor a la abuela, esa casa también queda en la misma calle)...
After finishing with the food preparations, I started to organize the tables and chairs on my mom's porch for dinner! And then I went to bed for a while to rest and I took the opportunity to take some nice selfies 😃 later, at 8 pm we were all ready and very beautiful to celebrate our New Year's Eve and receive with much love and excitement the 2024 😃 we started with the delicious dinner, then we took many pictures for the memory, some at my mom's house and others at aunt dilia's house because they all live on the same street! Then we went to my grandmother's house, may she rest in peace (because that's where my aunts who live in Caracas arrive and we all received the new year there, in honor of grandma, that house is also on the same street)...
Pasamos un rato maravilloso entre bailes y risas y a las 11 y 50 de la noche nos reunimos todos en forma de círculo tomados de la mano y esperamos las 12 campanadas a través de la emisora radial lo cuál anuncia la llegada del nuevo año 😃 amo ese momento ❤️ se me arruga el corazón de solo recordarlo ❤️ luego vienen los infaltables abrazos y besos de feliz año y seguimos la celebración hasta el amanecer entre ponche de crema, risas, bailes y mucha música 🎵
We had a wonderful time dancing and laughing and at 11:50 at night we all gathered in a circle holding hands and waited for the 12 chimes through the radio station which announces the arrival of the new year 😃 I love that moment ❤️ my heart wrinkles just remembering it ❤️ then come the inevitable hugs and kisses of happy new year and we continued the celebration until dawn between cream punch, laughter, dancing and lots of music 🎵
