En febrero después de nuestra presentación en Costa Mall una colega, Luisa, nos invitó a mostrar una coreografía en su evento.
Ella es psicopedagoga y de forma mensual realiza un actividad para sus niños y en esta ocasión la actividad se desarrolló en una piscina por ser en Carnaval.
Como era una presentación rápida decidí llevar a los niños de la clase de Danza Contemporánea ya que es un grupo más pequeño y se sabían perfectamente su coreografía.
Llegué con la mama de Kamille, saludé a Luisa y a su equipo al llegar y luego esperamos que el resto de los niños llegara.

In February after our presentation in Costa Mall a colleague, Luisa, invited us to show a choreography in her event.
She is a psychopedagogue and she does a monthly activity for her children and this time the activity took place in a swimming pool because it was Carnival.
Since it was a quick presentation I decided to take the children from the Contemporary Dance class since it is a smaller group and they knew their choreography perfectly.
I arrived with Kamille's mom, greeted Luisa and her team upon arrival and then we waited for the rest of the children to arrive.

Después de unos minutos esperando los niños fueron llegando poco a poco, primero llegó Noah, luego Marie y unos minutos antes de iniciar llegó Allison.
Luisa nos informó que debíamos esperar a que los invitados llegaran así que aproveché el tiempo para tomar le una foto a los niños y tomarnos algunas juntos.
Los niños han creado una muy buena relación entre sí y siempre consiguen la forma de divertirse mientras esperan su trabajo. Me encanta ver la complicidad que han creado y como se complementan siempre a pesar de ser tan pequeños.
After a few minutes of waiting the children arrived little by little, first Noah arrived, then Marie and a few minutes before the start Allison arrived.
Luisa informed us that we had to wait for the guests to arrive so I took advantage of the time to take a picture of the children and take some pictures together.
The children have created a very good relationship with each other and always find a way to have fun while waiting for their work. I love to see the complicity they have created and how they always complement each other despite being so small.

Los niños también aprovecharon de pintarse la carita antes de bailar. Luisa me avisó que en unos minutos iniciábamos y tomé a los niños, los preparé y les entregué sus maracas, que son parte del baile.
Ellos estaban bastante confiados, era un evento pequeño y ya venían de presentarse ante un público más grande así que los nervios no eran los protagonistas en esta ocasión.
Ya en el improvisado escenario, los niños atendieron a los ajustes de último minuto, la música estaba lista y dimos inicio.
The children also took the opportunity to paint their faces before dancing. Luisa told me that in a few minutes we would begin and I took the children, prepared them and gave them their maracas, which are part of the dance.
They were quite confident, it was a small event and they had just come from performing in front of a larger audience, so nerves were not the protagonists on this occasion.
Already on the improvised stage, the children attended to the last minute adjustments, the music was ready and we started.
Los niños lo hicieron excelente y al público le encantó.
Las mamás estaban súper orgullosas porque siempre logran cumplir cada expectativa.
Luisa le dio a los niños jugo de naranja, tequeños, frutas y unos dulces para llevar.
También nos pidió que la ayudáramos con un concurso de disfraces, nos tocaba elegir al ganador.
Los niños se sentían el centro de atracción jaja.
The kids did excellent and the audience loved it.
The moms were super proud because they always manage to meet every expectation.
Luisa gave the children orange juice, tequeños, fruit and some candy to go.
She also asked us to help her with a costume contest, it was our turn to choose the winner.
The kids felt like the center of attraction haha.

Nos tomamos una foto todo el grupo junto y así finalizamos una linda tarde infantil llena de arte y alegría.
Los niños la pasaron genial aunque estaban ''trabajando'' como decían.
Nos despedimos de todos y partimos a casa, esa semana tendríamos vacaciones pues habíamos trabajado demasiado en febrero y los niños merecían unos días libres.

We took a picture of the whole group together and thus ended a beautiful children's afternoon full of art and joy.
The children had a great time even though they were ''working'' as they said.
We said goodbye to everyone and left for home, that week we would have a vacation because we had worked too much in February and the children deserved a few days off.
