Hace una semana comenzaron las clases en el nuevo nivel del curso de panadería. Pues les hablo del nivel III, este fue creado recientemente por la profesora de panadería a petición de mi turno del nivel II.
Ella creó un pensum para este nivel que para muchos no ha resultado atractivo, yo me incluyo dentro de una de esos insatisfechos. Esperaba más cabe destacar, no me siento a gusto con las recetas porque pasó de ser panadería a ser un nivel netamente fitness.
No me disgusta el comer así pero estas son cosas que ya he probado hacer en casa, que las he aplicado en mi día a día, inclusive en mi blog les he compartido muchas de esas recetas.
Esperaba en el nivel III recibir recetas más complejas, acordes a un avance de nivel, pero no fue así y eso me tiene bastante desanimada. Acordé conmigo misma que iba a asistir a algunas clases a ver que tal me siento, pero si en definitiva no veo que se amolde a lo que quiero me retiraré. Inclusive la semana pasada la receta era tan simple que no asistí.
Pero bueno ayer con el mejor ánimo que pude me preparé y me fui a presenciar mi clase, se trataba de pan de sándwich de orégano, albahaca y tradicional.

A week ago classes started in the new level of the bakery course. Well I am talking about level III, this was recently created by the bakery teacher at the request of my turn from level II.
She created a curriculum for this level that for many has not been attractive, I am included in one of those dissatisfied. I expected more, it should be noted, I do not feel comfortable with the recipes because it went from being a bakery to a purely fitness level.
I don't dislike eating this way but these are things that I have already tried to do at home, that I have applied in my daily life, even in my blog I have shared many of these recipes.
I was expecting in level III to receive more complex recipes, according to a higher level, but it was not the case and that has me quite discouraged. I agreed with myself that I was going to attend some classes to see how I feel, but if I don't see what I want, I will withdraw. Even last week the recipe was so simple that I didn't attend.
But well yesterday with the best mood I could I prepared myself and went to attend my class, it was about sandwich bread with oregano, basil and traditional.
Me fui de casa prácticamente sin desayunar, así que apenas llegué a la escuela me fui a comprar una empanada para poder rendir en la mañana.
I left home with practically no breakfast, so as soon as I got to school I went to buy an empanada so I could perform in the morning.
Una vez desayunada me puse manos a la obra con mis compañeras. En este nivel se nos esta sugiriendo trabajar en individual, aunque muchas veces el bolsillo no nos permite hacer tal cosa.
Me puse de acuerdo con 3 compañeras más para que trabajemos siempre en conjunto. Entre todas compramos los materiales y así logramos cubrir las exigencias del curso.
Once I had breakfast, I got down to work with my classmates. At this level we are being suggested to work individually, although many times our pockets do not allow us to do such a thing.
I agreed with 3 other classmates that we should always work together. Together we all buy the materials and in this way we are able to cover the demands of the course.
Luego nos pusimos manos a la obra. Estas recetas eran fáciles de hacer pero como todos estábamos haciendo las cosas por grupo nos demoramos un poco por la falta de utensilios.
Ya luego tocaba la larga espera a que todo se horneara cada una de las recetas y como nosotros solo teníamos un solo molde nos tocó esperar a que se cocinara la primera para poder armar la segunda.
Una de las señoras que ve clase conmigo había comprado unas flores y yo le tomé una foto porque estaban bien lindas. ♥
Then we got down to work. These recipes were easy to make but since we were all doing things in groups we were a little late due to the lack of utensils.
Then we had to wait a long time for each of the recipes to bake and since we only had one mold we had to wait for the first one to bake before we could assemble the second one.
One of the ladies that I saw in class with me had bought some flowers and I took a picture of them because they were so pretty. ♥
En este nuevo nivel hay nuevas personas, lo que le ha dado un ambiente diferente a las clases. Son bastante solidarias en cuanto a compartir ingredientes y utensilios.
Algo muy distinto a lo vivido el nivel anterior con las personas tóxicas con las que me tocó trabajar, que en este nuevo nivel están, pero no he tenido que chocar con ellas porque están en grupos diferentes.
At this new level there are new people, which has given a different atmosphere to the classes. They are quite supportive in terms of sharing ingredients and utensils.
Something very different from what I experienced in the previous level with the toxic people I had to work with, who are there in this new level, but I have not had to clash with them because they are in different groups.
Mientras se horneaba el segundo pan de plátano, aproveché de ir al supermercado a hacer unas compras.
Tenía en mente ir a averiguar los precios de unos contenedores ya que la semana que viene comenzaré un emprendimiento de bombones. Ya compré los moldes, solo me falta el chocolate y los rellenos. Ya les estaré contando todo de eso.
Aproveché también de comprar una taza para el desayuno del colegio de mi hijo, estaba a buen precio y era de buen tamaño. Como está comiendo tanto ya no le sirve la que tenía jaja.
Pagué en caja y volví a la escuela.
While the second banana bread was baking, I took the opportunity to go to the supermarket to do some shopping.
I had in mind to find out the prices of some containers since next week I will start a bonbon enterprise. I already bought the molds, I only need the chocolate and the fillings. I will be telling you all about that.
I also took the opportunity to buy a cup for my son's school breakfast, it was a good price and a good size. Since he is eating so much, he no longer needs the one he had haha.
I paid at the cashier and went back to school.
Fue un buen día, algo cansón por el tiempo de espera pero se lograron los objetivos. Los resultados de la clase no fueron mis favoritos jajaja pero igual les estaré compartiendo la receta porque es una opción saludable.
Por ahora estoy todavía dudosa de como será el nivel III pero ya les estaré compartiendo mis impresiones.
It was a good day, a little tiring because of the waiting time but the objectives were achieved. The results of the class were not my favorite hahaha but I will still be sharing the recipe with you because it is a healthy option.
For now I am still doubtful about how the level III will be but I will be sharing my impressions.
