¡Hola Chicos!
Desde hace algunas semanas quedé en subir un post hablando de la segunda edición de nuestro evento Convinarte y eso quedó a la espera, ya que en todo este tiempo, pues, surgieron otros contenidos, mi teléfono colapsó 😂 y de ahí saqué todo a mi pc y quedó en el "olvido".
Pero como me encuentro organizando todo en mi computadora me topé con esa olvidada carpeta y dije "es momento de hablar de eso". Y acá estamos jajaja.
Para ponerlos en contexto ya que ha pasado algo de tiempo, este es el primer evento que hacíamos asociadas con un restaurant conocido de la ciudad llamado "La Terraza". En una reunión previa con el encargado acordamos que usaríamos sus instalaciones garantizando un consumo por parte de los asistentes al evento.
No tuvimos mucha audiencia pero logramos reunir unas 6 personas para que participaran. Estuvimos en un salón privado que tienen dentro del restaurant y la verdad era un sitio bastante acogedor y cómodo.

Since a few weeks ago I was going to upload a post talking about the second edition of our event Convinarte and that was on hold, because in all this time, well, other content came up, my phone collapsed 😂 and from there I took everything to my pc and it was in the “forgotten”.
But as I find myself organizing everything on my computer I came across that forgotten folder and I said “it's time to talk about it”. And here we are hahaha.
To put it in context since some time has passed, this is the first event we did in association with a well known restaurant in the city called “La Terraza”. In a previous meeting with the manager we agreed that we would use their facilities guaranteeing a consumption by those attending the event.
We did not have a large audience but we managed to gather about 6 people to participate. We were in a private room that they have inside the restaurant and the truth is that it was a very cozy and comfortable place.
Ya las personas habían comenzado a pintar. Yo llevé un cuadro de referencia (que por cierto hace días les compartí el proceso en un post), y le di las indicaciones a las personas de cómo iban a lograr recrearlo.
Nuestro evento se caracteriza porque hacemos una convocatoria abierta a cualquier emprendedor que desee exponer su marca, a cambio de ofrecer alguna degustación u obsequio a las personas que se encuentren presentes ese día.
En esta oportunidad nos acompañó una chica que se dedicaba a hacer marquesas y que nos ofreció una degustación de los diferentes sabores que tenía para en su menú.
Le dimos un espacio para que hablara sobre su emprendimiento y luego ella fue entregando a cada uno una marquesa del sabor de su elección.
People had already started painting. I took a reference painting (which by the way, days ago I shared the process in a post), and I gave the people the instructions on how they were going to recreate it.
Our event is characterized because we make an open call to any entrepreneur who wants to expose their brand, in exchange for offering a tasting or gift to the people who are present that day.
On this occasion we were accompanied by a girl who was dedicated to making marquesas and who offered us a tasting of the different flavors she had on her menu.
We gave her a space to talk about her business and then she gave each one of us a marquesa of the flavor of our choice.
Y como estamos en Venezuela, mientras las personas disfrutaban de su marquesa se nos fue la electricidad. Para nuestra suerte el restaurant contaba con planta eléctrica y pudimos continuar el evento como si nada hubiera pasado.
Para esta edición el cuadro era mucho más sencillo que lo que fue el de la primera, donde las personas demoraron 4 horas en terminar jajaja. La mitad del cuadro se iba en un difuminado con esponja y esto se lograba súper rápido.
Estaban súper concentrados pero al mismo tiempo atentos de mis indicaciones y recomendaciones para obtener el mejor resultado. Y por supuesto también lo estaban cuando ya era la hora de los sorteos.
And since we are in Venezuela, while people were enjoying their marquesa, the electricity went out. Luckily for us, the restaurant had a power plant and we were able to continue the event as if nothing had happened.
For this edition the picture was much simpler than the first one, where people took 4 hours to finish hahaha. Half of the painting was going in a blur with a sponge and this was achieved super fast.
They were super concentrated but at the same time attentive to my indications and recommendations to get the best result. And of course they were too when it was time for the raffles.
Hicimos el primero sorteo y este se trataba de un arreglo por parte de una emprendedora que trabajaba con la organización de eventos. Ella nos habló sobre su emprendimiento y luego realizamos el sorteo incluyendo a todos los presentes ya que éramos pocos.
Pasó algo bien chistoso porque en ese momento resultó ganadora su prima, quien era otra emprendedora. Ella decidió regalarlo a una de las participantes porque había manifestado que pronto era su cumpleaños. Todos quedaron satisfechos con el resultado jaja.
También, como en la primera edición, contamos con la compañía de nuestro amigo Xezar, a quien le brindamos un espacio para que pueda realizar sus divertidas caricaturas.
En esta ocasión le hizo una a mi hijo cuando estaba desocupado, ya luego a una de las chicas presentes que le encargó una y la otra a la mamá de Elieska quien fue la ganadora del sorteo.
Y como aún hay mucho que contar y no los quiero saturar con información, voy a estarles realizando una parte III con el final de nuestro evento. Así que por ahora me despido y les digo que estén atentos al desenlace. No saben las obras que hicieron ♥
We did the first raffle and this was an arrangement by an entrepreneur who worked with the organization of events. She told us about her business and then we did the raffle including everyone present since there were only a few of us.
Something funny happened because at that moment her cousin, who was another entrepreneur, was the winner. She decided to give it to one of the participants because she had said that it would soon be her birthday. Everyone was satisfied with the result haha.
Also, as in the first edition, we had the company of our friend Xezar, to whom we provided a space for him to make his funny caricatures.
This time he made one for my son when he was not busy, then one for one of the girls present who ordered one for him and the other one for Elieska's mom, who was the winner of the raffle.
And since there is still a lot to tell and I do not want to saturate you with information, I will be making a part III with the end of our event. So for now I say goodbye and tell you to stay tuned for the outcome. You don't know the works they did ♥
