Les he venido hablando un poco sobre lo que fue la preparación y llegada al sitio donde se llevaría a cabo mi primera sesión de arte Lakreando Convino y hoy les contaré como fue el inicio de esto.
Ya todo estaba listo, la mayoría de los participantes había llegado y teníamos todo listo para dar inicio. Ese día conté con la ayuda de mi hijo y también de una amiga que llegó minutos antes a ayudarme a organizar algunas cosas.
Luego de mucho correr, saltar y trabajar para poder realizar este taller, había llegado el momento. Yo estaba nerviosa, como siempre cuando me toca hablar en público, pero segura de lo que hacía.
Me había planteado una lista con puntos importantes a tratar en ese momento para que nada se me escapara y con esto en la mano di inicio.

I have been telling you a little bit about what was the preparation and arrival to the place where my first Lakreando Convino art session would take place and today I will tell you how was the beginning of this.
Everything was ready, most of the participants had arrived and we had everything ready to start. That day I had the help of my son and also of a friend who arrived minutes before to help me organize some things.
After a lot of running, jumping and working to make this workshop happen, the time had come. I was nervous, as always when I have to speak in public, but sure of what I was doing.
I had prepared a list of important points to discuss at that moment so that nothing would escape me and with this in hand I started.
Me presenté hablé un poco de la historia de mi marca y del por qué hacía todo esto, también les agradecí por estar presentes y confiar en mi proyecto.
Luego de unos minutos hablando de lo general a lo específico, les comencé a dar las instrucciones de la actividad. En ese momento algunos se pusieron de pie y se acercaron a tomarle fotos al cuadro de muestra, ya que algunos lo tenían algo lejos para detallarlo.
Todos veían súper complicada la obra, pero yo sabía que iban a lograr hacerlo sin problema.
I introduced myself and talked a bit about the history of my brand and why I was doing all this, I also thanked them for being present and trusting in my project.
After a few minutes talking from the general to the specific, I began to give them the instructions of the activity. At that moment some of them stood up and approached to take pictures of the sample picture, since some of them had it a little far away to detail it.
They all saw the work as very complicated, but I knew that they would be able to do it without any problem.
Todos tomaron un lápiz y comenzaron a trazar sus bocetos en el lienzo. Justo al momento en el que estaba tomando fotos y grabándolos tenía a la chica de las redes de la pizzería grabándome a mi.
Everyone grabbed a pencil and started tracing their sketches on the canvas. Just as I was taking pictures and recording them I had the girl from the pizzeria's nets recording me.
Todos fueron trazando sus bocetos, algunos un poco inseguros con lo que estaban haciendo. Mi trabajo es de ir en puesto en puesto verificando que lo estén logrando y ayudarlos en lo que necesiten.
Desde el inicio se escuchaban las risas porque algunos no hacían algo tan perfecto y como estaban en grupos de amigos se burlaban de sus trabajos entre ellos.
Al mismo tiempo aproveché para ir conociendo un poco más a los que era primera vez que veía, que eran las gran mayoría la verdad. Unos terminaron siendo conocidos de la urbanización donde vivían mis abuelos. Cabimas es una ciudad muy pequeña la verdad, donde todos se conocen.
Everyone went through their sketches, some a little unsure of what they were doing. My job is to go from booth to booth verifying that they are getting it right and help them with whatever they need.
From the beginning you could hear the laughter because some of them were not doing something so perfect and as they were in groups of friends they were making fun of each other's work.
At the same time I took the opportunity to get to know a little more of the people I was seeing for the first time, who were the great majority. Some of them ended up being acquaintances from the urbanization where my grandparents lived. Cabimas is a very small town where everyone knows each other.
Cuando ellos estaban haciendo los bocetos aproveché de hacer el primer sorteo con los premios que tenía para la velada.
Aproveché que llegó mi amigo Cesar, quien hace caricaturas, para que su caricatura fuera el primer premio, así tendría oportunidad de que las personas vieran su trabajo y quisieran encargar las suyas.
Estuvo también ofreciendo algunos stickers que tenía en venta. Yo por supuesto permití esto, pues la idea era apoyarlo como pudiera.
When they were doing the sketches I took the opportunity to make the first drawing with the prizes I had for the evening.
I took advantage of the arrival of my friend Cesar, who does caricatures, to make his caricature the first prize, so he would have the opportunity for people to see his work and want to order their own.
He was also offering some stickers he had for sale. I of course allowed this, as the idea was to support him in any way I could.
Luego comenzamos entre mi hijo y yo a servirles la pintura para que comenzaran a pintar sus cuadros. Todos comenzaron por el cielo y se notaba lo concentrados que estaban para hacerlo lo mejor que pudieran.
Cada vez que estoy en las sesiones me provoca yo también estar pintando con ellos sentada, pero por ser la instructora debo estar monitoreando a cada uno para que logren un buen trabajo.
También me llamaban a cada rato para resolver sus dudas, por lo que sentarme a pintar definitivamente no es una opción jaja.

Then my son and I began to pour the paint for them to start painting their pictures. They all started with the sky and you could see how concentrated they were to do their best.
Every time I am in the sessions I am also provoked to paint with them sitting down, but because I am the instructor I have to monitor each one of them so that they can do a good job.
They also called me every now and then to solve their doubts, so sitting down to paint is definitely not an option haha.
