El día de ayer di un paso bastante grande, comencé a dar clases en casa♥. Esto es algo que hace un año lo veía imposible, porque a pesar de tener latente la idea en mi mente de querer enseñar todo lo que sabía, no me animaba a hacerlo.
A raíz de que comencé a dar clases en una academia que queda a una cuadra de mi casa, adquirí experiencia y que como les comenté en post anteriores, mi ciclo ahí terminó por diversos motivos.
Entonces debía buscar una manera de continuar generando ingresos para poder solventar los gastos de casa, y es entonces cuando se me ocurre iniciar lo que llamo "Curso Artístico Lakrearte".

Yesterday I took a pretty big step, I started teaching at home♥. This is something that a year ago I saw it impossible, because despite having latent in my mind the idea of wanting to teach everything I knew, I did not encourage me to do it.
After I started teaching at an academy that is a block away from my house, I gained experience and as I mentioned in previous posts, my cycle there ended for various reasons.
Then I had to find a way to continue generating income to be able to pay the expenses at home, and that's when it occurred to me to start what I call "Artistic Course Lakrearte ”.
Comencé a estructurar mi idea para saber exactamente qué iba a enseñar y de que forma lo iba a hacer. En la academia yo daba clases de dibujo y pintura, y por supuesto tras mi salida continuarán esas clases.
Yo no quería hacer lo mismo para no chocar con lo que ellos impartirían y ofrecer una experiencia diferente. Quise hacer más dinámicas mis clases, ya que esto en las últimas clases me resultó bastante bien, así que decidí integrar a todo el contenido que suelo dar las manualidades.
También quise introducir las clases de pulseras tejidas, esto es un proyecto que vengo planeando desde hace tiempo y me viene de maravilla integrarlo en este nuevo comienzo.
Me armé un flyer (que es esta imagen que les comparto) que tuvo mucha controversia porque la foto que estaba usando tenía a mis antiguos alumnos y se veía el espacio de la academia. La verdad no le veía nada de malo porque a final de cuentas era la evidencia de mis clases, pero para no entrar en polémicas decidí ceder por esta vez y eliminé el fondo.
Seguí usando la foto pues los niños a final de cuentas ni salen mirando. El sonriente es mi hijo así que todo bien. 😅
I began to structure my idea so that I knew exactly what I was going to teach and how I was going to teach it. At the academy I was teaching drawing and painting, and of course after my departure those classes would continue.
I didn't want to do the same so as not to clash with what they would teach and offer a different experience. I wanted to make my classes more dynamic, as this in the last classes worked out quite well for me, so I decided to integrate arts and crafts to all the content I usually teach.
I also wanted to introduce the woven bracelets classes, this is a project that I have been planning for a long time and it is great to integrate it in this new beginning.
I put together a flyer (which is this image I'm sharing with you) that had a lot of controversy because the photo I was using had my former students and you could see the space of the academy. The truth is that I didn't see anything wrong with it because it was evidence of my classes, but in order not to get into controversy I decided to give in this time and removed the background.
I kept using the photo because the children are not even looking at it. The smiling one is my son so it's all good. 😅
En mi casa no tenemos aire acondicionado en la sala porque hace unos meses se dañó (esto ha sido un gran problema que tenemos un año viviendo, nuestros aires acondicionados se han dañado muchísimo por los problemas eléctricos) y esto era algo que me tenía algo preocupada. Pero no dejé que esto frenara mi impulso y por suerte logramos reparar uno de los ventiladores con el dinero que se obtuvo por el aire malo.
Abrí la puerta y acondicioné un espacio de la sala para poder dar mis clases. Con eso y el ventilador refrescaba bastante el espacio. Además que contaba con una muy buena iluminación natural.
Días antes comencé una campaña para promocionar mi curso a través de Whatsapp y los grupos de la urbanización donde vivo. También cree una planilla virtual para las inscripciones, así contaría con los datos de los niños que se inscribieran y cualquier información de importancia podrían hacérmela llegar sus padres sin necesidad de venirlos a inscribir.
In my house we don't have air conditioning in the living room because a few months ago it was damaged (this has been a big problem that we have a year living, our air conditioners have been damaged a lot by electrical problems) and this was something that had me a little worried. But I didn't let this stop my momentum and luckily we managed to repair one of the fans with the money that came from the bad air.
I opened the door and set up a space in the room so I could teach my classes. With that and the fan, it cooled the space quite a bit. It also had very good natural lighting.
Days before I started a campaign to promote my course through Whatsapp and the groups of the urbanization where I live. I also created a virtual form for enrollment, so I would have the data of the children who enrolled and any important information could be sent to me by their parents without the need to come to enroll them.
También estuve organizando todos mis materiales de arte y manualidades. Esta es una actividad que me llevó toda una tarde porque había mucho que ordenar y otras cosas que debía botar. Tenía tiempo postergando esta actividad pero debía hacerlo para saber exactamente con qué contaba.
I was also organizing all my art and craft supplies. This is an activity that took me a whole afternoon because there was a lot of sorting to do and other things I had to throw away. I had been putting off this activity for a while but I had to do it so I knew exactly what I was counting on.
La promoción resultó y logré atraer la atención de 3 personas♥. Dos de ellas inscribieron a las niñas y otra está esperando que pase esta semana (que está algo tensa por las elecciones) y ya iniciamos con esa pequeña la próxima semana.
Hasta los momentos todo va marchando de maravilla, me siento full animada y sé que tanto las niñas como yo nos vamos a divertir mucho durante el proceso.
Estas clases comienzan en un momento en el que los padres buscan actividades para sus hijos por las vacaciones y yo estaré trabajado arduamente durante estos dos meses para lograr mis metas.

The promotion worked and I managed to attract the attention of 3 people♥. Two of them enrolled the girls and another one is waiting for this week to pass (which is a little tense because of the elections) and we will start with that little girl next week.
So far everything is going great, I feel full of enthusiasm and I know that both the girls and I are going to have a lot of fun during the process.
These classes start at a time when parents are looking for activities for their children for the vacations and I will be working hard during these two months to achieve my goals.
