El Cappuccino, es uno de los cafés que tranquilamente, son de los mas populares en mi oficio, es uno de los mas pedidos y por las degustaciones que he hecho, uno de los mas sabrosos que he probado, lo cual, es algo irónico al mismo tiempo, pues, no se distancia mucho de lo que seria un café con leche tradicional de toda la vida, no obstante, puede tener varias variantes que lo hace a su vez, flexible e inclusive amigable para quienes no desean probar productos que sean derivados de la vaca, trayendo la opción de leche de origen vegetal, una novedad por lo menos para mi, pues nunca he sido demasiado preocupado por este tipo de cuestiones, pero entonces, ¿Qué lo hace diferente?

Si bien es igual a un café con leche normal, es Cappuccino se diferencia por su opción, (Al menos en mi tienda) de ir adicionado con canela y si el cliente lo desea, con un polvo de chocolate que hace a su sabor y principalmente su aroma, mucho mas divino y especial, sumado a una parte artística, que en otras circunstancias no llamarían mi atención, pero que, dedicándole su debido tiempo, puede transformarse en una especie de lienzo vivo, en el cual se puede hacer todo tipo de dibujos, según la habilidad y disposición del barista, en un mundo donde las redes sociales y principalmente la competencia es mucho mas feroz, como cliente, sinceramente consideraría esto como un diferencial para quedarme, al menos, en esta cafetería, como un punto de referencia a tomar de ejemplo, pero bueno, estas ya son opiniones mías, y no tanto, la realidad absoluta, como lo es, la delicia que es probar un Cappuccino bien hecho y con un sabor que da potencia a esos pensamientos optimistas de la tarde, que muchas veces nosotros, las personas necesitamos para calmar nuestra mente.

El Cappuccino es uno de mis cafés preferidos, sobretodo para pasar la tarde y muy útil para causar una buena impresión al momento de brindárselo a una amiga, o a una pareja o chica a la cual conquistar, no obstante, no creo que sea muy útil en cuanto a beneficios energéticos, pues siempre he sentido que un cafe poderoso como el Coado o Cafe arábigo me deja con mucha mas energía para culminar el día, donde no tiene, ni punto de comparación en su sabor sin duda alguna, es este aspecto, es un referente sin duda alguna. ¿Y tu, que opinas?
