Bienvenidos mis panas, ¿Cómo están? espero como siempre que muy bien y con ganas de seguir viendo mis aventuras por acá por estas tierra jajaja, en ese caso, hablare de la chamba, o el trabajo en otras palabras, si bien a penas tengo 5 meses en Brasil, ya puedo decir que he tenido dos trabajos, ambos prácticamente iguales, pero con niveles de intensidad en diferentes, hoy es contare sobre batatouille, un restaurante de papas rellenas, que si bien no tiene la misma popularidad que la rocky, se vende bastante y sus métodos, son bastante diferentes a mi anterior empleo, así como las responsabilidades que tenemos, as que bueno mis panas ¡comencemos!

después de pasar mi prueba dé fuego con la rocky, la verdad, me sentía muy aliviado de no tener que ir as, el cansancio que tenia era brutal, no obstante, el paso de los primeros dias de enero, me dedique a seguir buscando alguna oportunidad, de preferencia que no tuviera que ver con restaurantes, lamentablemente, esto ultimo, eran los que mas contrataban y los que mas haia disponible, sinceramente ya el 8 de enero me resigne a aceptar mi destino como auxiliar de cocina, pues tampoco dia darme el lujo de pasar desempleado todo el menos, mucho menos, con cuentas que pagar, por suerte, el restaurante donde termine, era mucho mejor de lo que esperaba.

Lo bueno y lo malo de mi trabajo actual
The good and bad things about my current job
principalmente lo bueno de mi trabajo, es que la carga es mucho menor a lo que estaba practicamente resignado, se descansa mucho mas y salvo momentos complicados donde las comandas se van acumulando, la verdad, llego a la casa mas descansado, eso es en pate, razón por la cual me están leyendo hoy, porque tengo mas energía, no como antes, que a penas y tenia tiempo de descansar a duras penas, no obstante, tiene sus cositas malas, como que tengo mas responsabilidad y además, tengo que estar pendiente de mas cosas a la vez, pues no somos muchos funcionarios trabajando en la tienda, a lo mucho somos 3 que estamos fijos y con contratos, por lo que a veces hay que cumplir mas de una tarea mientras se atienden clientes, la mayor falla que veo en este nuevo trabajo, es que muchas veces hay que quedar uno solo para atender a las personas, cosa que retrasa mucho la velocidad, cuestión para la cual esta restaurante se identifica, con su capacidad para despachar ordenes rápidas, pro bueno, casi ningún trabajo es perfecto, y para un mientras tanto, esta bien :) yo solo espero poder aguantar hoy domingo y lunes, pues estoy algo enfermo de ayer todavía.
mainly the good thing about my job, is that the load is much less than what I was practically resigned, you rest much more and except for complicated moments where the orders are accumulating, the truth, I get home more rested, that is in pate, which is why I am reading today, because I have more energy, not like before, that barely and had time to rest hardly, however, has its bad things, as I have more responsibility and also, I have to be aware of more things at once, because we are not many employees working in the store, at most we are 3 that are fixed and with contracts, so sometimes you have to fulfill more than one task while serving customers, the biggest flaw I see in this new job, is that many times you have to be alone to serve people, which slows down the speed, a matter for which this restaurant is identified, with its ability to dispatch quick orders, but well, almost no job is perfect, and for the meantime, it's fine : ) I just hope I can hold on today, Sunday and Monday, because I'm still a little sick from yesterday.

Siempre es un poco difícil salir de la zona de comfort ; casi siempre los trabajos en restaurantes siempre están disponibles como tambien en hoteles, es bueno que hayas tomado la decision de no darte por sentado y hacerlo mientras consigues trabajos mejores, yo tambien trabaje en restaurantes por 3 años hasta que me mude e intente cosas nuevas, sin duda alguna un trabajo difícil pero aprendes muchísimo, se que luego te ira muy bien, saludos y bendiciones amigo!
