Así resumo mi mes en fotos, empezando por mi viaje a la playa, una buena forma de iniciar con todo, disfrutando de esa hermosa vista, del sonido de las olas, sin duda fue un día bien agradable y relajado.
Sigo activa con mis recetas, este año deseo continuar aprendiendo, a preparar recetas saludables, haciendo de todo un poco, mis galletas, mis tequeños, y porque no, tengo pensado incursionar con los panes, solo que aún no he dado con una receta fácil para iniciar jeje, pero téngalo por seguro de que lo voy a hacer.
No me quejo, Enero ha sido un mes tranquilo, aunque movido, empezando por el gran cambio que recibimos en mi país, todos tenemos fe y confianza de que vendrán cosas mejores para Venezuela, es justo y necesario, pero como todo, toma su tiempo, mientras debemos seguir adelante, viviendo el día a día.

Here's a summary of my month in photos, starting with my trip to the beach, a great way to kick things off, enjoying that beautiful view and the sound of the waves. It was definitely a very pleasant and relaxing day.
I'm still active with my recipes. This year, I want to continue learning how to prepare healthy recipes, doing a little bit of everything: my cookies, my tequeños, and why not, I'm thinking of trying my hand at bread, but I haven't found an easy recipe to start with yet, haha, but rest assured that I'm going to do it.
I'm not complaining. January has been a quiet month, although eventful, starting with the big change we've seen in my country. We all have faith and confidence that better things are coming for Venezuela. It's fair and necessary, but like everything else, it takes time, and in the meantime, we must move forward, living day by day.
