Saturday, March 15 was the long awaited day of the Coffee Party. Originally the event was scheduled to be held in a club in the city, but for reasons beyond the organizers' control, the place and date had to be changed.
The space selected was the terrace of the Centro Comercial Ciudad Crepuscular in Barquisimeto, a nice and very spacious place, where more people can be accommodated. This seemed very positive to me, in addition to the fact that the initial location of the event was more secluded, instead this shopping center is in the west central area of the city.
El sábado 15 de marzo fue el esperado día del Coffee Party. Originalmente el evento estaba programado para realizarse en un Club de la ciudad, pero por razones ajenas a los organizadores, se tuvo que cambiar el lugar y la fecha.
El espacio seleccionado fue la terraza del Centro Comercial Ciudad Crepuscular en Barquisimeto, un lugar agradable y muy amplio, donde se puede acomodar más gente. Eso me pareció muy positivo, además de que la ubicación inicial del evento era más retirada, en cambio este centro comercial está en la zona centro oeste de la ciudad.
The event started exactly at the scheduled time. Four o'clock in the afternoon. During the previous weeks, from the social networks of the event, the public was invited to register in a form to receive the invitation and be able to access the event. This was essential to be able to attend.
At the entrance it was necessary to show the QR that was sent digitally. This first edition counted with the participation of several collaborating brands, which had small stands to offer their products.
Flor de Arauca was one of the most popular, offering coffee tasting. Also Café Keskus, which is located on the first floor of the mall and is also a supermarket. They were offering tastings of sweets, tequeños, etc. So if your budget was not high, you could still enjoy the Coffee Party tasting all the free stuff from those brands.
El acto comenzó exactamente a la hora prevista. Las cuatro de la tarde. Durante las semanas previas, desde las redes sociales del evento, se invitó al público a registrarse en un formulario para recibir la invitación y poder acceder al evento. Esto era imprescindible para poder asistir.
A la entrada había que mostrar el QR que se enviaba digitalmente. Esta primera edición contó con la participación de varias marcas colaboradoras, que dispusieron de pequeños stands para ofrecer sus productos.
Flor de Arauca fue uno de los más concurridos ya que ofrecía degustación de café. También Café Keskus, que se encuentra en la planta baja del centro comercial y es también un supermercado. Estaban ofreciendo degustaciones de dulces, tequeños, etc. Así que si tu presupuesto no era alto, igual podías disfrutar de la Coffee Party degustando todas las cosas gratis de esas marcas.

Other commercial allies had their products for sale: a variety of coffee, ice cream, posters, sweets. I met Ricos Mufis, who were at a previous event in the same place, they offer very healthy products, without processed flours or sugar. I passed by each of the stalls selling their products and asking prices. I broke my dietary regimen by trying something with sugar, although I am very strict about that, I didn't want to turn down the offer to try. I remembered that the doctor had told me there was no problem if I tried something sweet one day.
One donut brand, one muffin brand, and one ice cream brand have physical locations in that mall. The rest of the participating brands are online businesses that work on demand. The company Colao, had a very nice stand. They manufacture and sell products for coffee processing and are present at many events.
Otros aliados comerciales tenían sus productos a la venta: variedad de café, helados, carteles, dulces. Conocí a Ricos Mufis, que estuvieron en un evento anterior en el mismo lugar, ofrecen productos muy sanos, sin harinas procesadas ni azúcar. Pasé por cada uno de los puestos vendiendo sus productos y preguntando precios. Rompí mi régimen alimenticio probando algo con azúcar, aunque soy muy estricto con eso, no quise rechazar la oferta de probar. Recordé que el médico me había dicho que no había ningún problema si un día probaba algo dulce.
Una marca de donuts, otra de panecillos y otra de helados tienen establecimientos físicos en ese centro comercial. El resto de las marcas participantes son negocios online que trabajan bajo demanda. La empresa Colao, tenía un stand muy bonito. Fabrican y venden productos para el procesado del café y están presentes en muchos eventos.
Music was a fundamental part of the event. It was a party. Among them, the popular Nicola Di Maria and DJ Murdock. Good music gave rhythm to the atmosphere. There was plenty of room for those who wanted to dance to the rhythm of amusic alectronica, for those who wanted to sit and chat with friends or for those who wanted to enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace.
The concept of the Coffee Party is to live the experience of a party, disco, etc., but without alcoholic beverages. A place where people who consume alcohol and are coffee lovers can enjoy drinking this drink of the gods and eating something delicious. I think it's great, as I don't drink alcoholic beverages.
The organizers plan to repeat the experience in another location, with a space more like a nightclub, as originally planned. Friend Salvatore Castello is in charge of the organization, through his company NC Music Records. This is a music production company that manages several DJ's and has had an excellent track record and success with different events and musical productions.
La música era una parte fundamental del evento. Era una fiesta. Entre ellos, el popular Nicola Di Maria y DJ Murdock. La buena música dio ritmo al ambiente. Había sitio de sobra para los que querían bailar al ritmo de amusic alectronica, para los que querían sentarse a charlar con los amigos o para los que querían disfrutar de las bonitas vistas desde la terraza.
El concepto de la Coffee Party es vivir la experiencia de una fiesta, discoteca, etc., pero sin bebidas alcohólicas. Un lugar donde las personas que consumen alcohol y son amantes del café pueden disfrutar tomando esta bebida de los dioses y comiendo algo delicioso. Me parece estupendo, ya que yo no bebo bebidas alcohólicas.
Los organizadores planean repetir la experiencia en otro lugar, con un espacio más parecido a un club nocturno, como estaba previsto en un principio. El amigo Salvatore Castello se encarga de la organización, a través de su empresa NC Music Records. Se trata de una productora musical que gestiona varios DJ's y que ha tenido una excelente trayectoria y éxito con diferentes eventos y producciones musicales.
The Coffee Party was until 10 pm, but I left a couple of hours earlier. I liked the concept and the atmosphere. I met several acquaintances, talked to them for a while, networked, shared with acquaintances from digital and conventional media and, obviously, took a lot of pictures and asked the attendees their opinion about the event.
I'm looking forward to the next Coffee Party and hope to attend.

La Coffee Party era hasta las 10 de la noche, pero me fui un par de horas antes. Me gustó el concepto y el ambiente. Me encontré con varios conocidos, hablé con ellos un rato, hice contactos, compartí con conocidos de medios digitales y convencionales y, obviamente, hice muchas fotos y pregunté a los asistentes su opinión sobre el evento.
Estoy deseando que llegue la próxima Coffee Party y espero poder asistir.

Aquí esas fiestas están en tendencia jajaja empiezan a las 11am 😂 creo que es una modalidad que no tiene manera fe salir mal porque todos amamos el café y queremos disfrutar sin tener que salir de noche y despertarnos al día siguiente con dolor de cabeza 🥴🥴
Aquí es el primero que hacen en tierras guaras y creo que también es la primera, según lo que me dijo el organizador. El lugar donde se haría era un sitio nocturno, peor hubo problemas pro parte del club y los organizadores tuvieron que buscar otro lugar. Me dijeron que el próximo se hará en uno de los hoteles de acá.

Sabes? Me encanta como están acomodados todos los stand, las decoraciones, el orden y la delicadeza en cada uno. Por otro lado me encantaría ir a uno de esos eventos para degustar café, nunca lo he hecho, supongo habrás probado varios!
El tema del helado también me agrada y mucho y que haya música también. Espero lo hayas disfrutado mucho y estos eventos se repitan bien seguido. Por mí si no hay anda de alcohol mejor que mejor. Gracias JC.
Había muy buena música y si, tome bastante cafe. Fue muy agradable el evento, quería quedarme hasta que finalizara pero se me hacia muy difícil luego trasladarme a casa.
Lo sé es muy complicado más si se hace de noche, pero al menos pudiste ir un rato. Por más eventos como este.🤗
Hermano búho. Comparto tu criterio, el alcohol no es de gran importancia, y la verdad uno puede disfrutar sin tomar alcohol... Ojalá muchos entendieran eso, pero en el caso que haya alcohol, es tomar alcohol no que el alcohol te tome a ti. Un abrazo. Dios te bendiga...
