The great business and industrial event

The 2025 edition of Expocilara, the event that brings together companies and industrialists from various sectors in Lara state, lasted three days. Those interested could attend from Friday to Sunday. They had to pre-register on the website and receive an email with the QR code that granted them access. For those who didn't, there was no problem; event staff were available at the entrance to register them and provide them with access wristbands.
I find the whole process quite tedious, but I understand that it's the tool for maintaining a database of all attendees and using it for marketing, statistics, and much more. Everything these days is data; our data is digital gold.
I only attended on Friday, as I would be busy with two other events on Saturday, and I wanted to rest on Sunday, as those tasks would exhaust me, and I like to be at home watching movies, something I haven't been able to do these past few weeks.
La edición 2025 de Expocilara, el evento que reúne a empresas e industriales de diversos sectores en el estado Lara, duró tres días. Los interesados pudieron asistir de viernes a domingo. Debían preinscribirse en la página web y recibir un correo electrónico con el código QR que les permitía acceder. Para quienes no lo hicieron, no hubo problema; el personal del evento estuvo disponible en la entrada para registrarlos y proporcionarles pulseras de acceso.
Me parece bastante molesto todo el proceso, pero entiendo que es la herramienta para mantener una base de datos de todos los asistentes y usarla para marketing, estadísticas y mucho más. Hoy en día todo son datos; nuestros datos son oro digital.
Solo asistí el viernes, ya que el sábado estaría ocupado con otros dos eventos, y quería descansar el domingo, ya que esas tareas me agotarían, y me gusta estar en casa viendo películas, algo que no he podido hacer estas últimas semanas.

This year, the venue changed, and the event wasn't held in the Trinitarias Suites as in previous editions. This time, Expocilara was held in the Arena Plaza shopping center, in the spacious event hall located on the upper floor. This is the same place where the expocomic was held. The change of location was likely due to economic reasons; perhaps this shopping center offered better prices and they needed to optimize their funds.
The space was arranged in the form of walkways with company stands on both sides. You could walk along them until you reached the central stage, where talks would be given and musical performances would be presented at sunset.
Este año, la sede cambió y el evento no se celebró en las Suites Trinitarias como en ediciones anteriores. En esta ocasión, Expocilara se celebró en el centro comercial Arena Plaza, en el amplio salón de eventos ubicado en la planta alta. Es el mismo lugar donde se celebró la expocomic. El cambio de ubicación probablemente se debió a razones económicas; quizás este centro comercial ofrecía mejores precios y necesitaban optimizar sus fondos.
El espacio se dispuso en forma de pasarelas con stands de empresas a ambos lados. Se podía caminar por ellas hasta llegar al escenario central, donde se impartirían charlas y se presentarían actuaciones musicales al atardecer.

Some aisles felt very narrow, especially where the real estate agencies were located, as there were quite a few people in that area, making it difficult to walk. I didn't stop to ask about the properties or prices; I wasn't in a good mood that day and wanted to see everything as quickly as possible, take some photos, and go home. I think last year's expo was better.
I attended one of the talks, given by a fire extinguisher company. It was quite informative, as I learned a few things I didn't know about using fire extinguishers. At the end of the talk, we went to the outdoor area of the mall, where they gave a demonstration on the proper way to put out a fire. For this, they had the presence of actress Mari Alejandra Martín, who in past decades starred in a soap opera that caused a sensation in the country, and about which I have yet to write a post.
Algunos pasillos se sentían muy estrechos, sobre todo donde se ubicaban las inmobiliarias, ya que había bastante gente en esa zona, lo que dificultaba caminar. No me detuve a preguntar sobre las propiedades ni los precios; no estaba de buen humor ese día y quería verlo todo lo más rápido posible, tomar algunas fotos e irme a casa. Creo que la expo del año pasado fue mejor.
Estuve presente en una de las charlas, impartida por una empresa de extintores. Fue bastante informativa, ya que aprendí algunas cosas que desconocía sobre el uso de extintores. Al final de la charla, fuimos a la zona exterior del centro comercial, donde hicieron una demostración sobre la forma correcta de apagar un incendio. Para ello, contaron con la presencia de la actriz Mari Alejandra Martín, quien en décadas pasadas protagonizó una telenovela que causó sensación en el país, y sobre la que aún no he escrito un post.

I walked past several booths offering information about their products and services, and then started chatting with friends from other media outlets. It was getting late, and after seeing everything, it was time to wrap things up. There were long breaks between talks, and the day also featured business meetings between participating companies. Universities from the region were also present, and there was an area where students showcased their innovative product projects.
Another excellent event that seeks to boost the regional industry.
Pasé por varios stands que ofrecían información sobre sus productos y servicios, y luego empecé a charlar con amigos de otros medios. Se estaba haciendo tarde, y después de verlo todo, era hora de concluir. Los descansos entre charlas fueron largos, y el día también se centró en reuniones de negocios entre las empresas participantes. Universidades de la región también estuvieron presentes, y había un área donde los estudiantes exhibieron sus proyectos de productos innovadores.
Otro excelente evento que busca impulsar la industria regional.

Parece que fue un evento muy extenso, tanto dentro del día, como que duró tres días, pero hay muchos ofreciendo servicios, además de las charlar. Si que debe ser agotador. Pero me gusto el tema de los extintores, no está de más saber un poco del tema y aunque había espacios reducidos parecía bien organizado. Que genial que hayas podido ir!

Duro tres días, peor solo asistí el viernes. El del año pasado estuvo mejor, casi todos los evento de este año he notado que estuvieron afectados por toda la situación económica.
Eso es normal, van ajustando el presupuesto a lo que se puede... imaginate .. te dieron café?🤣
conchale, que bueno que puedan existir estos tipos de eventos que fortalecen nuestra economía nacional, aqui en mi estado ya no se hacen con mucha frecuencia, las que mas tienen relevancia son las soundcars, pero su centro es mas hacia la industria licorera.
