Saludos amigos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, yo me encuentro excelente. Les quiero compartir mi trayectoria disfrutando el curso de panadería. Ya llevó un aproximado de casi 3 meses viendo las clases, de los cuales he aprendido mucho, cosas que no me imaginaba que algún día experimentaría. Yo estoy muy contenta con este curso y les cuento que a mí me encanta mucho el pan. Aquí me han enseñado cómo se elaboran y lo fácil que es.
La escuela queda como a 20 minutos de mi casa, todos los martes me preparo desde temprano para recibir mi clase, el horario de entrada es a las 08:00 AM, tengo compañeros que son excelentes personas, y una profesora maravillosa.
Una semana antes de la clase, la profesora nos manda la receta por el grupo de WhatsApp, y una compañera se encarga de recoger el dinero entre todos para comprar los ingredientes para la clase y, cuando llegue el día, estén todos los materiales completos, a nosotros nos resulta más fácil.

I have been watching the classes for almost 3 months now, and I have learned a lot, things that I never imagined I would experience someday. I am very happy with this course and I tell you that I love bread very much. Here they have taught me how to make it and how easy it is.
The school is about 20 minutes from my house, every Tuesday I get ready early to receive my class, the starting time is at 08:00 AM, I have classmates who are excellent people, and a wonderful teacher.
A week before the class, the teacher sends us the recipe through the WhatsApp group, and a classmate is in charge of collecting the money between all of us to buy the ingredients for the class and, when the day arrives, all the materials are complete, it is easier for us.
Los martes en la mañana empezamos a llegar todos al mismo tiempo, hay una mesa grande con muchas sillas pequeñas y allí nos empezamos a ordenar, y cada uno abrimos los cuadernos para comenzar a escribir la preparación del día y cualquier apunte que nos ayude con la preparación.
On Tuesday mornings we all start arriving at the same time, there is a big table with many small chairs and there we start tidying up, and we each open our notebooks to start writing down the preparation for the day and any notes that will help us with the preparation.
Cuando la encargada de los ingredientes llega, se coloca todo en la mesa. Cada uno presta atención, ya que la profesora comienza a explicar el paso a paso de la elaboración para que después nosotros lo hagamos. Yo siempre anoto todo bien en mi cuaderno para luego practicarlo en casa.
Unas de las cosas que no sabía eran como hidratar la levadura, y las medidas de cada ingrediente, la preparación de la masa, un buen horneado y bueno, tampoco sabía cómo se hacían los panes y cada toque que hacerle para que quede perfecto, unas de las cosas indispensable es tamizar siempre la harina y colocarle siempre el toque de azúcar y por supuesto la sal, y lo bueno es que siempre le podemos agregar cualquier cosa al gusto.
When the person in charge of the ingredients arrives, everything is placed on the table. Everyone pays attention, as the teacher begins to explain the step-by-step of the preparation so that we can then do it ourselves. I always write everything down in my notebook so I can practice it at home.
Some of the things I did not know were how to hydrate the yeast, and the measures of each ingredient, the preparation of the dough, a good baking and well, I did not know how the breads were made and every touch to make it perfect, one of the indispensable things is to always sift the flour and always put the touch of sugar and of course the salt, and the good thing is that we can always add anything to taste.
En la clase nos divertimos mucho de paso que nos enseñan, también nos sacan muchas sonrisas. Siempre nos dictan dos tipos de preparación en el día, los cuales para mí es un gusto siempre compartir con ustedes y enseñarles las recetas, ya que son muy fáciles y sabrosas.
Mis compañeros y yo nos ayudamos mucho y, si tenemos alguna duda, nos reunimos y le preguntamos a la profesora.
Ya falta poco para que finalice el curso, el cual extrañaré mucho, aún estoy pensando si inscribirme en el nivel 2 de panadería, aunque es lo más seguro, ya que en este tiempo he aprendido mucho como se los dije en el principio, todo lo aprendido me servirá para un futuro que quiera emprender algún negocio.
La profesora nos dijo que la graduación sería para el mes de febrero y será por todo lo alto porque nos los merecemos, así que también estaré compartiendo con ustedes todo lo sucedido de ese día.
In the class we have a lot of fun while they teach us, they also make us smile a lot. They always teach us two types of preparation during the day, which is always a pleasure for me to share with you and teach you the recipes, since they are very easy and tasty.
My classmates and I help each other a lot and if we have any doubts, we get together and ask the teacher.
I am still thinking whether to enroll in level 2 of bakery, although it is the safest thing to do, because in this time I have learned a lot as I told you in the beginning, everything I learned will serve me for a future that I want to start a business.
The teacher told us that the graduation would be for the month of February and it will be in style because we deserve it, so I will also be sharing with you everything that happened on that day.
