To observe the lungs we had to remove the liver and gallbladder and also the spleen, then we could see the heart and lungs.
After this we went to see the chicken's two stomachs, the glandular stomach, which is small and works like the real stomach, and then the muscular stomach.
To then be able to see the small and large intestine and the rectum, we were also able to observe the hen's ovary, it only has one on the left side with eggs in different stages.
We went through the digestive system first, which goes from the oropharynx and from there to the esophagus, and then the crop, which is a very necessary cavity that serves as a food storage unit since the hen has very fast digestion and a short intestine, from the crop it goes to the first stomach which is the glandular and is called the isthmus and then the muscular stomach, it passes to the intestines and then to the cloaca.
After passing through the respiratory system that goes from the anterior and posterior larynx, the trachea, the lungs and also the alveoli, it then went to the urogenital system that goes from the kidneys, the testicles or the ovaries.
Curious fact: chickens have an absence of urinary bladder.

Luego de esto nos fuimos a ver los dos estómagos de la gallina el estómago glandular que es pequeño y funciona como el estómago verdadero y luego el estómago muscular.
Para luego poder el intestino delgado y grueso y el recto, también pudimos observar el ovario de la gallina, está sólo tiene uno del lado el izquierdo con ovulos en diferentes etapas.
Pasamos primero por el digestivo que va desde la orofaringe y de ahí al esófago y luego el buche que es una cavidad muy necesaria que sirve de depósito de los alimentos ya que la gallina tiene una digestión muy rápida y un intestino corto, del buche va a al primer estómago que es el glandular y se dice por es istmo y luego el estómago muscular, pasa a los intestinos y luego a la cloaca.

Dato curioso las gallina presentan ausencia de vejiga urinaria.
