Hoy es uno de esos día donde debemos salir a la calle a realizar unas visitas y aunque el sol y el calor estaba bastante fuerte igual salimos con la mayor alegría y disponibilidad para hacer lo que nos gusta que es atender a las personas que lo necesitan, aunque algunas veces es poco lo que podemos hacer igual nos llena de gratitud salir a ejercer.
Today is one of those days where we must go out to the street to make some visits and although the sun and the heat was quite strong, we went out with the greatest joy and availability to do what we like, which is to serve people in need, although sometimes there is little we can do, it still fills us with gratitude to go out to practice.
Salimos temprano para que no nos afectara tanto debíamos recorrer varias casa lo buena que ya teníamos la lista de personas a las cuales íbamos a visitar por lo que así se nos hace mas fácil y no tenemos tanto trabajo la primera casa que teníamos mas cerca era la de una familia donde solo se debía vacunar a los niños, ya era tiempo de sus vacunas y como la madre no los había llevado a consulto quisimos pasar a ver que había pasado.
We left early so that it would not affect us so much we had to visit several houses, the good thing was that we already had the list of people we were going to visit so it was easier and we did not have so much work. The first house we had closer was that of a family where we only had to vaccinate the children, it was time for their vaccinations and as the mother had not taken them to the clinic we wanted to go and see what had happened.
Se reviso a los niños y se les dejo algunos tratamientos solo preventivos la madre informo que por cuestiones de trabajo no los había podido llevar a la consulta, en esa casa colocamos varias vacunas como eramos varios los otros miembros del equipo iban visitando otras casa y así podríamos terminar con bastante tiempo de anticipación.
We checked the children and gave them some preventive treatments, the mother informed us that due to work issues she had not been able to take them to the office, in that house we placed several vaccines as there were several of us, the other members of the team were visiting other houses and so we could finish with plenty of time in advance.
Este próximo caso es un señor bastante mayor el cual tuvo un accidente cerebro vascular y quedo encamada, ya es un señor bastante mayor aunque es bien cuidado por su familia esta perdiendo masa muscular bastante rápido, sin embargo pudimos revisarlos y ver si te alguna dificultada medica se controlo que le estuvieran dado su tratamiento al día solo se le pidió a la familia que siguieran su tratamiento como lo iban haciendo.
This next case is a very old man who had a stroke and was bedridden, he is a very old man although he is well cared for by his family he is losing muscle mass very fast, however we were able to check them and see if they had any medical difficulties, we controlled that they were giving him his treatment up to date, we only asked the family to follow his treatment as they were doing it.
Nuestra ultima paciente fue esta señora la cual hace poco sufrió un infarto sin embargo su recuperación a sido excelente y teniendo los cuidados necesarios podrá tener mucho mejor recuperación. El día fue placentero entro lo que cabe nuestros pacientes están estables por lo que pudimos culminar temprano y regresar a nuestro trabajo.
Our last patient was this lady who recently suffered a heart attack, however her recovery has been excellent and with the necessary care she will have a much better recovery. The day was pleasant as far as we can tell our patients are stable so we were able to finish early and return to work.
Cuando todo nos sale bien para nosotros es estupendo sin embargo algunas veces nos hemos encontrado en situaciones donde no es mucho lo que podemos hacer, esos días son frustrantes solo esperamos que esos días no sean concurridos.
When everything goes well for us it is great but sometimes we have found ourselves in situations where there is not much we can do, those days are frustrating we just hope those days are not busy.
