Hace poco tiempo tache algo de la lista de cosas que quiero hacer y fue ir a ver un juego de béisbol... Ya yo había visitado hace varios años atrás a un estadio pero no fue para un juego normal sino para el famoso "juego de las estrellas", un evento que se realizaba cada año en Venezuela y junta los mejores jugadores de la liga de béisbol venezolana y a varios artistas para que jueguen, y no solo eso, sino que también se presentan artistas musicales y eso lo hace un evento magnífico que ninguno se quiere perder.
Pero cómo mencioné nunca habia ido a ver un juego de béisbol en si así que cuando se presentó la oportunidad no la desaproveché. Cabe destacar que mi equipo no era uno de los que estaba jugando así que si, me puedo considerar como se diría en mi país "farandulera" 😂. Estaba jugando el equipo al cual le va casi toda mi familia que son los "leones del Caracas" y el equipo al cual le va mi tío quien fue el que me llevó que son "los tiburones de la Guaira" quienes por cierto fueron los ganadores de esta serie y justo ahora están representando a Venezuela en la serie del caribe 💛💙❤️.
A little while ago I crossed something off my bucket list and that was to go see a baseball game.... I had already visited a stadium several years ago but it was not for a normal game but for the famous "all star game", an event that took place every year in Venezuela and brings together the best players of the Venezuelan baseball league and several artists to play, and not only that, but there are also musical artists and that makes it a magnificent event that no one wants to miss.
But as I mentioned I had never been to a baseball game so when the opportunity presented itself I didn't miss it. It should be noted that my team was not one of the ones playing so yes, I can consider myself as they would say in my country "farandulera" 😂. I was playing the team to which almost all my family goes which are the "leones del Caracas" and the team to which my uncle who was the one who took me which are "los tiburones de la Guaira" who by the way were the winners of this series and right now are representing Venezuela in the caribbean series 💛💙❤️.
Al llegar al estadio me sorprendí al ver lo impresionante que era su infraestructura, es simplemente una obra de arquitectura fascinante, es un poco lejos el estacionamiento del estadio así que tuvimos que caminar un trecho algo largo para poder llegar. A lo largo de todo este camino hay tres o cuatro estaciones para checar tu entrada y checarte a ti y lo que traes.
Justo casi en la entrada para bajar a las gradas estaba una marca de cremas corporales muy buenas dando obsequios a todas las mujeres así que de allí no solo salí con una gran experiencia sino también con una crema gratis 😌.
Cuando llegamos por fin a las gradas hacía un sol horrible y el calor era peor, pero poco a poco fue bajando y antes de que comenzara el juego ya había brisa y sombra. El ambiente era genial, se sentía la rivalidad entre los fanáticos de ambos equipo pero era un ambiente que se podía gozar. Empezaron a jugar y al principio iban empatados, así que era más emocionante porque estaban los dos muy a la par....
Arriving at the stadium I was surprised to see how impressive its infrastructure was, it is simply a fascinating work of architecture, it is a bit far to the parking lot of the stadium so we had to walk a long way to get there. All along the way there are three or four stations to check your ticket and check yourself and what you are bringing.
Right almost at the entrance to go down to the bleachers there was a very good body cream brand giving away free gifts to all the women so from there I not only left with a great experience but also with a free cream 😌.
When we finally got to the bleachers it was horribly sunny and the heat was worse, but it gradually went down and before the game started it was already breezy and shady. The atmosphere was great, you could feel the rivalry between the fans of both teams but it was an atmosphere you could enjoy. They started to play and at the beginning they were tied, so it was more exciting because they were both very evenly matched. ....

Cabe destacar que ese estadio es el estadio oficial de el equipo de "los leones del Caracas" así que todo está ambientado para apoyar a su equipo y era muy emocionante cuando salía la mascota, o de repente ponían el sonido de un león rugiendo, o simplemente cuando los fanáticos gritaban y apoyaban al bateador de ese momento. Otra cosa muy emocionante es cuando cantan "ponche" hacia el equipo contrario, haciendo referencia de que no van a ganar y van a quedar "ponchaos" en el terreno.
Amaba cuando empezaban a enfocar personas para ponerlas en la pantalla gigante, de hecho una vez nos enfocaron pero fue tan rápido que ni chance de tomarle una foto tuve jajajja, hicieron guerra de bailes, el momento dónde enfocan a las parejas para que se den un beso en público, hubo uno donde enfocaban a cualquiera y lo comparaban con algún personaje animado, sin duda ese fue el mejor.
It is worth mentioning that this stadium is the official stadium of the team "los leones del Caracas" so everything is set to support their team and it was very exciting when the mascot came out, or suddenly they would play the sound of a lion roaring, or simply when the fans would yell and support the batter of the moment. Another very exciting thing is when they chant "ponche" towards the opposing team, making reference that they are not going to win and they are going to be "ponchaos" on the field.
I loved when they started to focus on people to put them on the giant screen, in fact once they focused on us but it was so fast that I didn't even have a chance to take a picture hahahaha, they did a dance war, the moment where they focused on the couples to kiss in public, there was one where they focused on anyone and compared them to an animated character, without a doubt that was the best one.

Después de tantas risas, tantos "ponches" y tantos gritos para alentar a los equipos termino ganando el juego el equipo de "los leones del Caracas" aunque no me gustó el resultado porque es el equipo eternamente rival del mio pues sin duda me disfruté eso, me gocé cada uno de los jonrones y carreras y celebre con mi familia. Lo único que no me gustó del día fue que al ir al baño olvidé mis lentes de sol allí y me acordé como tres horas después que no los tenía, termine botando mis lentes de sol y casi lloro por eso.😢
Al salir tuvimos que esperar un montón de tiempo para poder dirigirnos al estacionamiento, la cantidad de gente que salía era abismal y para evitar quedar atrapados entre tanta gente y sobre todo en el tráfico para poder salir del estacionamiento mejor decidimos quedarnos a comer y beber algo. En el estadio después se formó una fiesta para celebrar un buen juego, era como una discoteca al aire libre con música muy buena y dónde la gente podía comer y beber tranquilamente en los locales estilo restaurantes que habían alrededor.
After so much laughter, so many "punches" and so many shouts to encourage the teams, the game ended up being won by the team "Los Leones del Caracas" although I did not like the result because it is the eternal rival team of mine, I certainly enjoyed it, I enjoyed every one of the home runs and runs and I celebrated with my family. The only thing I didn't like about the day was that when I went to the bathroom I forgot my sunglasses there and I remembered about three hours later that I didn't have them, I ended up throwing my sunglasses away and I almost cried because of that 😢.
When we left we had to wait a lot of time to be able to head to the parking lot, the amount of people leaving was abysmal and to avoid getting stuck between so many people and especially in the traffic to be able to leave the parking lot we better decided to stay and eat and drink something. In the stadium afterwards there was a party to celebrate a good game, it was like an open air disco with very good music and where people could eat and drink quietly in the restaurant style places that were around.
Lastimosamente tuvimos que irnos así que no pude disfrutar de esa fiesta que sinceramente se veía muy buena.
Fue un día muy espectacular y aunque mi equipo no fue uno de los que jugaron sin duda disfruté el juego al máximo y fue una experiencia inolvidable, a parte, también quería ir a conocer ese estadio ya que es prácticamente nuevo y todos estaban hablando de lo genial que era y vaya que lo es. La mejor parte fue compartir esto con mi familia, y no solo con ellos sino también con todas las personas con las que vas tratando a lo largo del partido.

Unfortunately we had to leave so I could not enjoy that party that honestly looked very good.
It was a very spectacular day and even though my team was not one of the ones that played I certainly enjoyed the game to the fullest and it was an unforgettable experience, besides, I also wanted to go and see that stadium since it is practically new and everyone was talking about how great it was and it really is. The best part was sharing this with my family, and not only with them but also with all the people you are dealing with throughout the game.See you in a future post, bye ❤️
