Hola muy buenos amigos de Hive, en esta oportunidad quiero hablar acerca de un viaje vacacional el cual pudimos hacer en familia.

En esta ocasión visitamos el Estado de Hidalgo México, para ser más específica fuimos a visitar las impresionantes grutas de Tolantongo, estás ubicadas en el municipio de ( El Cardenal San Cristóbal) .

Partimos esta nueva aventura empezando por una reunión en la casa familiar donde tomamos provisiones empacamos ropa para el viaje y salimos dispuestos a disfrutar de este increíble lugar.

Desde donde nosotros radicamos que es el estado de México en el municipio de Ecatepec queda un poco más cercano pasar a lo que es Pachuca, por el cual ingresamos a Hidalgo, cabe aclarar que Pachuca es muy conocida ya que fue la cuna de múltiples minas de las cuales se extraían distintos materiales y minerales que actualmente aún se utilizan para construcción y en algunos procesos químicos aparte de también extraer metales valiosos, una de sus comidas típicas son los pastes siendo estos una especie de empanada rellena con distintos guisos o también con algún tipo de dulce ya sea crema pastelera, arroz con leche, mermeladas, etc.

En el camino pude tomar varias fotos las cuales las tomé mientras íbamos de camino a las grutas, así podemos seguir coleccionando recuerdos de nuestras aventuras, vivencias personales en viajes y también de lo cotidiano.

Al acercarnos a dónde están ubicadas las grutas pude apreciar que se encuentran entre varias montañas, donde la vista es espectacular, aunque llega a dar un poco de vértigo al estar recorriendo el camino de su vida y bajada en las montañas.

Tengo que aceptar que es un destino vacacional bastante agradable de visitar con vistas increíbles, haciendo de este un destino muy bello, siendo también bastante completo ya que se combina una arquitectura impresionante teniendo nacimientos de aguas termales, donde Incluso el barro que se encuentra adentro de los cuerpos de agua llega a ser muy benéfico para la piel esto por la alta concentración de minerales exfoliantes que se encuentran en estos cuerpos de agua.

Aparte de ser una serie de grutas, cuevas naturales y una cascada donde el agua se puede apreciar cristalina, en puntos medios se ve azul, y en las zonas bajas tiene un color blanquecino.

Con todo lo ya mencionado, quedé fascinada con la belleza natural que ofrece este destino, pero así mismo también cuenta con, hoteles para quién quiera tener una estadía más prolongada, encontramos varios restaurantes y bares establecidos adentro de las instalaciones, todo junto a un increíble balneario, donde pudimos entrar a piscinas bastante profundas y amplias, aunque tengo que aceptar que en el mismo parque acuático donde más a gusto estuve fueron las Pozas termales, para aquellos que desconozcan lo que es una Poza termal, son una serie de pequeñas piscinas donde el agua está constantemente tibia lo cual te relaja bastante haciendo que no te quieras salir de estas.

Aún con todo lo ya mencionado, se pueden hacer actividades en donde te rentan tiendas para acampar si es que no se quieren quedar en el hotel también está esta opción para dormir a la intemperie a orillas de las grutas, entre otras actividades al aire libre que tiene este destino turístico se puede aventar uno de la tirolesa, la cual te lleva desde lo alto de la montaña hasta las zonas más bajas de las grutas.

Personalmente nosotros no utilizamos la tirolesa, ya que por un solo uso se cobraba la cantidad de $250 mexicanos aproximadamente unos $14 dólares estadounidenses, únicamente disfrutamos de la entrada a las grutas, la cual tiene un costo bastante accesible cortando la entrada general 180 pesos mexicanos, aproximadamente $10 dólares estadounidenses, cabe aclarar que esta entrada únicamente es válida por un día, ingresando al parque natural desde temprano, hasta su culmino que es aproximadamente a las 8 de la noche permitiendo un tiempo amplio para disfrutar de todas las actividades que se pueden encontrar en las grutas.

Nosotros únicamente nos quedamos un día y salimos a las 8 de la noche rumbo a casa, pero en dado caso de que ustedes quieran visitar este destino turístico, les aconsejo llegar lo más temprano posible, y que el vehículo en el cual se transporten, cuente con buenos faros ya que el camino de salida atravesando la montaña carece de iluminación, por lo cual es bastante peligroso si no cuentan con la iluminación necesaria ya que hay una gran cantidad de terreno a que por recorrer sin iluminación alguna.

Ya por último fuimos de regreso atravesando la ciudad de pachuca, en la cual aprovechamos para cargar combustible y algunas botanas para el camino de regreso a casa.

Hello very good friends of Hive, in this opportunity I want to talk about a vacation trip which we were able to do as a family.

This time we visited the State of Hidalgo Mexico, to be more specific we went to visit the impressive caves of Tolantongo, they are located in the municipality of ( El Cardenal San Cristobal) .

We set off on this new adventure starting with a meeting at the family home where we took provisions packed clothes for the trip and left ready to enjoy this amazing place.

From where we live which is the state of Mexico in the municipality of Ecatepec is a little closer to pass to what is Pachuca, through which we entered Hidalgo, it should be noted that Pachuca is well known as it was the birthplace of many mines from which were extracted various materials and minerals that are currently still used for construction and some chemical processes in addition to also extract valuable metals, one of its typical meals are the pastes being these a kind of pie stuffed with different stews or also with some kind of sweet either pastry cream, rice pudding, jams, etc.

On the way I was able to take several photos which I took while we were on our way to the caves, so we can continue collecting memories of our adventures, personal experiences in travels and also of the everyday.

As we approached where the caves are located I could appreciate that they are located between several mountains, where the view is spectacular, although it comes to give a little vertigo to be traveling the path of his life and down in the mountains.

I have to accept that it is a quite pleasant vacation destination to visit with incredible views, making this a very beautiful destination, being also quite complete since it combines an impressive architecture having hot springs, where even the mud found inside the bodies of water becomes very beneficial for the skin this because of the high concentration of exfoliating minerals found in these bodies of water.

Apart from being a series of grottos, natural caves and a waterfall where the water can be appreciated crystal clear, in medium points it looks blue, and in the lower areas it has a whitish color.

With everything already mentioned, I was fascinated with the natural beauty that this destination offers, but likewise it also has, hotels for those who want to have a longer stay, we found several restaurants and bars established inside the facilities, all next to an incredible spa, where we could enter quite deep and wide pools, although I have to accept that in the same water park where I was more comfortable were the thermal pools, for those who do not know what a thermal pool is, they are a series of small pools where the water is constantly warm which relaxes you a lot making you do not want to leave these.

Even with all the above mentioned, you can do activities where you can rent tents for camping if you do not want to stay in the hotel, there is also this option to sleep outdoors on the banks of the caves, among other outdoor activities that this tourist destination has, you can try the zip line, which takes you from the top of the mountain to the lower areas of the caves.

Personally we did not use the zip line, since for a single use was charged the amount of $250 Mexican pesos approximately about $14 US dollars, we only enjoyed the entrance to the caves, which has a fairly affordable cost cutting the general admission 180 Mexican pesos, approximately $10 US dollars, it should be clarified that this entry is only valid for one day, entering the natural park from early, until its culmination which is approximately at 8 pm allowing ample time to enjoy all the activities that can be found in the caves.

We only stayed one day and left at 8 pm heading home, but in case you want to visit this tourist destination, I advise you to arrive as early as possible, and that the vehicle in which you are transported, has good headlights because the exit road through the mountain lacks lighting, so it is quite dangerous if you do not have the necessary lighting because there is a lot of land to travel without any lighting.

Finally we went back through the city of Pachuca, where we took the opportunity to refuel and get some snacks for the way back home.
