Greetings Hive community!
I hope you are all well. I am fine, thank God, although I have been a little absent here, since this week, as you will know from the title, I joined the public consultation work, and returning to Barquisimeto in Lara state, I had to catch up, both at work and in my personal life, with what was new in the apartment and things I had left pending here. But anyway, the holidays are finally over.
Another thing is that I have been busy doing some training. If anything characterizes me as a professional, it is that I never stop acquiring knowledge, especially knowledge that can be useful to me in my work. On this occasion, I did some training with the Venezuelan Federation of Psychologists in an online workshop on issuing mental health certificates, a very important legal document for people, which we psychologists are responsible for issuing, but which requires essential preparation.
I am also currently about to finish my teaching component, and God willing, in the not too distant future, I will be teaching, since another thing that characterizes me is sharing my knowledge of the things I am passionate about and enjoy, such as psychology. I believe that the seed of education is the most essential thing for the things that help humanity to endure. And only we can continue that.
Among other things, this week I joined my volunteer work at the Pastor Oropeza Clinic near the UCLA rector's office, providing free psychological care on Tuesday the 16th, an environment I missed stepping into and receiving patients. I attended to new cases that arrived and gladly provided them with as much help as possible. Most required a psychological report and others required accompaniment, but it feels good to get back to what you love.
Well, my dear readers, this has been this weekend's post, very brief, but to update you on what I'm up to, and that there's more to come, more content and, of course, better things for everyone for the rest of the year. Espero estén muy bien, yo bien, gracias a Dios, un poco ausente por aquí, ya que está semana como sabrán por el título, me incorpore al trabajo de la consultas públicas, y regresando a Barquisimeto en el estado Lara, tuve que ponerme al día, tanto en el trabajo como en mi vida personal, que había de nuevo en el apartamento y de cosas que dejé pendiente aquí. Pero bueno finalmente acabaron las vacaciones.
Otra cosa, es que he estado ocupado haciendo unas formaciones, si algo me caracteriza, como profesional, es no parar de adquirir conocimiento, sobre todo de aquel que me pueda ser útil para servir. En esta oportunidad hice una formación de la Federación Venezolana de Psicólogos, en un taller online para emitir certificados de salud mental, un documento legal muy importante para las personas y que es competencia de nosotros los psicólogos emitirlos, pero requiere de preparación esencial.
También actualmente estoy apunto de acabar mi componente docente, que si Dios quiere en un futuro no muy lejano, ejercer la docencia, ya que otra cosa que me caracteriza, es compartir el conocimiento de las cosas que me apasionan y me gustan, como es la psicología, y creo que en que la semilla de la educación, es lo más esencial para que las cosas que ayuden a la humanidad perduren. Y solo nosotros podemos continuar eso.
Entre eso, está semana me incorporé a mi trabajo voluntario en el Ambulatorio Pastor Oropeza cerca del rectorado de la UCLA, en la atención psicológica gratuita el martes 16, ambiente el cual extrañaba ya pisar y recibir a los pacientes. De los cuales atendí nuevos casos que llegaron y con gusto se les brindó la mayor ayuda posible, la mayoría requerían la realización de informe psicológico y otros para acompañamiento, pero se siente bien retomar y estar de vuelta en lo que a uno le gusta.
Y bueno, mis queridos (a) lectores, este ha sido el post de este fin de semana, muy breve, pero para actualizarlos en lo que ando, y que se vienen más cosas, más contenido y por supuesto, mejores cosas para todos, de lo que resta del año.
