This year I was included in the team of teaching support secretaries for the administration program. In addition to being a university professor, the fact is that among the tasks of this responsibility, I also have to deliver the printed grade sheets of each of the professors who are part of the program, at the end of the semester.
This responsibility belonged to another colleague who became the coordinator, so I went to my first delivery at the university secretary's office, specifically to academic control. They had already prepared me to spend the morning there, hehehe, however, I feel a little unwell, so I was praying for it to be something quick.
Fortunately, the head of the program called ahead of time to get help, and so it was. What takes the longest to verify are the forms, but I armed myself with patience because I knew what I was up against. I was going.
The student monitoring staff are super friendly, even more so than the ones at the program I'm enrolled in, hehe. I was there until midday and had achieved my goal. Next semester, I should return for the same thing, please be in better health 🙏.

Éste año me incluyeron en el equipo de los secretarios de apoyo docente por el programa de administración, ésto además de ser docente universitario, el caso es que entre las tareas de ésta responsabilidad, también me corresponde entregar las planillas de las notas impresas de cada uno de los profesores que hacen vida en el programa, al finalizar el semestre.
Ésta responsabilidad era de otro compañero que paso a ser coordinador, así que fui a mi primera entrega en la secretaría de la universidad, específicamente a control de estudios, ya me habían preparado para pasar la mañana allí, Jejeje, sin embargo me siento un poco mal de salud, por eso estuve rogando de que fuese algo rápido.
Afortunadamente la jefa del programa llamo con anticipación para que me atendieran, así fue, lo que más se tarda en verificar son las planillas, pero me arme de paciencia porque sabía a lo que iba.
Los trabajadores de control de estudios son super amables, más que los del programa donde estoy, Jejeje. Estuve allí hasta medio día con el objetivo logrado. Para el próximo semestre debo regresar para lo mismo, con el favor con mejor estado de salud 🙏.
