Hello my hearts! Happy beginning of the week to everyone.
It is no secret that in Maracaibo the heat makes its way during the day, especially in the afternoon, but that does not prevent us from enjoying the places for recreation that our city has, this time I enjoyed a glass of coconut water in the Vereda del Lago in an establishment called CocoFresh.
I had many years without drinking coconut water, since I was pregnant with my youngest daughter Abby and although sometimes I cook with coconut, the water is always taken by a relative, so I could taste myself with this magical liquid that hydrates quickly and quenches thirst for a while, besides eating the pieces of fruit, it seemed little but it kept me full for a while.

¡Hola mis corazones! Feliz inicio de semana para todos.
Para nadie es un secreto que en Maracaibo el calor hace de las suyas durante el día, sobretodo en horas de la tarde, pero eso no nos impide disfrutar de los lugares para el esparcimiento que posee nuestra ciudad, en ésta oportunidad disfrute de un vaso agua de coco en la Vereda del Lago en un establecimiento llamado CocoFresh.
Tenía muchos años sin tomar agua de coco, desde que estaba embarazada de mi hija menor Abby y aunque aveces cocino con coco, el agua siempre se la toma algún familiar, así que pude degustarme con este mágico líquido que hidrata rápidamente y quita la sed por un buen rato, además de comer los trocitos de fruta, parecía poco pero me mantuvo llena por un buen rato.
Fue un gusto compartirles ésta experiencia. ¡Hasta pronto!
