Hola, queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, espero que se encuentren muy bien y que tengan una hermosa semana, esta semana siento que a pasado rápido, o es porque me he mantenido ocupada gracias a Dios, mi esposo y yo continuamos con las caminatas en la playa la caracola todas las tardes después del trabajo, este día fue algo muy extraño a pesar de que era súper temprano y nos acostumbramos a que cuando llegamos a caminar esté el sol superfuerte esta vez no fue así.

But on the way back I realized that it was true, you could not see the people who were walking, you could see the mountains, and I was surprised it was real, I was a little scared because the tide was strong and where one walks is practically at the edge of the beach, but anyway we fulfilled our walk every afternoon and observe the nature around us, and enjoy this day which is the most important thing for me and my husband.

Debido al famoso polvo del SAHARA que está llegando a Venezuela, este polvo hace que todo se vea como una neblina, y pensábamos que no era así, pero lo vimos en vivo y directo, al caminar mi esposo me decía que veía borroso, pero yo en el momento veía todo normal, pensé que él estaba loco ja, ja, ja...
Pero de regreso me di cuenta de que era verdad, no se veían las personas que venían caminando, se medió veían las montañas, y quede sorprendida era real, me dio un poco de miedo porque la marea estaba fuerte y donde uno camina prácticamente está a la orilla de la playa, pero de igual manera cumplimos con nuestra caminata de todas las tardes y observamos la naturaleza a nuestro al rededor, y disfrutamos este día que es lo más importante para mí y para mi esposo.

Ya que nuestra meta es caminar todas las tardes mínimo 4 veces a la semana, y comer lo más sano posible para estar bien tanto físicamente y mentalmente, ya que estas caminatas sentimos que son antiestrés, así que se las recomiendo, hacer algo de ejercicio nunca será malo y bueno hasta con el polvo del SAHARA, eso no nos detuvo para cumplir la meta del día. ¿Y a ustedes como le va con el polvo del SAHARA.? ¿También les pasa por donde viven?
