When I signed up for the gym, I did it without knowing that this would become my second home, my bubble or safe place.

I started on July 6, 2023, I must admit that my brother was the one who managed to get me to join him, at that time I was weighing 81 kg.

In many consultations the doctor told me that I had to start exercising and have a healthier life (I am a chronic asthmatic and my weight was a risk factor) so that day I remembered everything and joined.
I started running in the mornings and together with the gym these activities became my favorite hobby..

After four months I was weighing 70 kg, running had already become part of my routine, the gym was already part of my daily itinerary and by that time I had already eliminated fats from my meals.

Today I have been training for 6 months and what started as a need maybe? (to call it that) and for me it is an indispensable part of my day to day.

I have already created my lifestyle, and it is that from trying some healthy living methods, I feel that I even breathe better air, I changed waking up at 11:00 am for running at 6:00 am, naps for gym from 4:00-5:00 pm, pizzas or carbohydrates for vegetable or fruit salads. (i must admit that I have broken the diet😆)

I can say that I am at a point where I have surpassed myself, the thoughts of: I can't, have become: if I can with that and more, I definitely feel very proud to know that I have been able//I can.

Cuando me inscribí en el gimnasio, lo hice sin saber que este se volvería mi segunda casa, mi burbuja o lugar seguro.

Comencé el 6 de julio del 2023, debo reconocer que mi hermano fue el que logró que me sumara con él, en ese momento estaba pesando 81 kg.

En muchas consultas la doctora me decía que tenía que empezar a ejercitarme y tener una vida más saludable (soy asmática crónica y mi peso era un factor de riesgo) así que ese día recordé todo y me sumé.

Empecé a correr en las mañanas y junto al gimnasio estas actividades se volvieron mi pasatiempo favorito.

Al cabo de cuatro meses estaba pesando 70 kg, correr ya se había vuelto parte de mi rutina, el gimnasio ya formaba parte de mi itinerario diario y para ese entonces ya había eliminado las grasas de mis comidas.

Hoy día llevo 6 meses entrenando y lo que empezó como una ¿necesidad quizás? (por llamarlo así) ya para mi es parte indispensable de mi día a día.

Ya he creado mi estilo de vida, y es que a partir de probar algunos métodos de vida saludable, siento que hasta respiro aire mejor, cambié despertarme a las 11:00 am por correr a las 6:00 am, las siestas por gimnasio de 4:00-5:00 pm, las pizzas o carbohidratos por ensaladas de vegetales o frutas. (debo reconocer que he roto la dieta😆)

Puedo decir que estoy en un punto en el que me he superado a mi misma, los pensamientos de: no puedo, se han convertido en: si puedo con eso y más, definitivamente me siento muy orgullosa de saber que he podido//puedo.
