Shit coin status for me after my failure in making any wealth with crypto??
Saturday it is and today I am choosing to do a Caturday post!!
This is also because my cats and other cats have been meaningful creatures in my life.
These days, my human soul at times feels like a shit coin, due to my not having made money being in crypto despite actively being in the field since atleast 2019.
Yup!! I have not made any wealth, like many have and I been working hard studying crypto going as deep as I could. I felt crypto changed my life, because it gave me a purpose, something exciting to engage in. I felt crypto gave me a new start in life where I can earn a name, that I create good crypto content. But, in the end, I feel I am just not capable of anything, just like a shit coin with no prospects and these kind of things make you feel that your life is worthless.
Worst of all, I have failed in doing so many things before, I just have no confidence that I can do anything else also now. Add to this since these 2 years I know nothing else but crypto.
I could have sunk into these thoughts but it so happens something or other keeps happening as if to say, “no, your no shit coin”.

Few days back I expressed these thoughts to someone, an unintended discord friend of mine, who is from another country with completely another culture and he disagreed saying your cats don’t think of you as a shit coin. They definitely think a world of good about you whatever other people around you may think of you!!

Ofcourse, I have been so crypto crazy I have used my cats to narrate crypto stories. My Garu, started as a young cat here, alluded as a ‘Bitcoin cat with a heart of Bitcoin(gold 2.0)’ and now he is a NFT style BtcSolarCat Garu here, as he always rests in the warm sunshine, I was sure he would favour BTC mined using renewable solar energy power.

Cat Mochu has also been a part of many of my crypto articles, he was a crypto lawyer in one of my articles where he counter argued crypto naysayers who supported crypto to be cruelly taxed in India in a session in the Indian Parliament.
I never gave up faith in crypto and my prospects of getting somewhere with it even after my Indian government was making things damn hard for Indian crypto investors. It’s only now after a sequence of crashes that I lost hope mainly because I have not played my crypto cards well. It pains, it hurts.
Still I am getting vibes often, sending me across a message that “don’t be silly, you are no shit coin, that term may be applicable to controversial crypto personalities like Do Kwon and Justin Sun, certainly not you”
My Stable coin cats Garu and Mochu always seem to trust me
One thing is, my own cats seem to be stablecoins, not caring a damn about all my failure in not managing to create wealth in crypto.
They still trust me, Mochu nags me early in the morning for food, interrupting my kitchen work and Garu always tussles with me, occupying my computer space, however much I push him off and he ultimately wins. They are stablecoins never seeming to feel I am worthless (however my other family members feel about me).

They are not the only cats that don’t associate me as a loser, Hive’s cat community virtual cat @cuddlekitten often visits my article and drops lots of love with some upvotes.

I have also had friendly encounters with my flat cats , cat Meow and cat Misty who were frequently featured in my caturday posts. They seem to trust me as well, so they see some good in me surely.

Recently, Hive Learners selected one of my comments on a travel related blog to encourage quality and thoughtful comments. This surprised me that my engagement in Hive is valued. It reminded me of how my travel write ups are generally well received in Hive as well. Infact my travel blogs fetched me better upvotes as compared to my crypto writings!!

I also at times get votes from @chesatochi and have regular upvotes from @aulia1993 and @saboin who dedicately supports all my article writeups ever since he read and enjoyed one of my old Caturday posts.
This only makes me feel grateful as I realised I have unintentionally built some followers who read and like my articles. Their support has always been so valuable.

I also keep getting appreciated for my writeups on Parallel Finance DEFI app, by the moderator in discort. Last two months I spent most of my Saturdays writing articles on Parallel Finance as a Parallel Finance ambassador spreading the word on it and getting points which will give me rewards later.
So, the article moderator of Parallel Finance is a cat lover too looks like!! with his or her discord name being cryptofluffy cat!!
So, in the end, it apprears that I may not be a shitcoin with so many appreciation having come my way. It’s true I have not made wealth in crypto but I still have good insights on the matter, and I still am acknowledged as a decent crypto content writer.
I rest with this. When I began writing in Steem in 2018 October, I was no crypto writer. Slowly, I was learning about crypto and writing, evolving with experience. My cat blogs someday became well liked by some cat lovers, mainly @saboin @fraenk who donated cat tokens, the catnip which keeps bringing @cuddlekitten visits to my blogs.
I also got a discord friend @jadamsk18 here with one of my cat blogs of cat Garu, bringing him over to my space.

All this seems like long ago, and feel I blessed with both my cats ,Cat Garu and Mochu as they are doing fine even after these years, cat Garu is now over 5 and a half years old and people call him my first child, and these cats always being there like stablecoins in my life is good enough reason to be grateful. My two warm fur cat buddies are quite decentralised too, having no hard judgements on me.
Other people and creatures see some good in me as well!!
Lastly, one of the persons who is a guardian angel group of people taking care of strays in the area(mostly dogs), said I too am one of the guardian angles caring for stray animals, which is not a tall true but it felt very nice to hear.
Well... give a compliment to a real guardian angel of the street stray dogs and I am told back that I am their guardian angel too, not a tall true!!
I had in 2020, fostered a sweet kitten and found her a good home and that act it appears is still paying me dividends, with someone remembering that and feeling I am guardian angle of stray animals which is not true.
Even so, I made acquaintance with stray friendly puppies that's taken care of by a group of stray animal guardian angels and these puppies innocently run up to me when I greet them and seem to welcome getting petted.

The cats love the mess as will, and add on to it...for ex, my bed will have pieces of roach leg and cat litter every now and then, even so we are not dirty as such...
(: and nautiness... you have no idea, these cats don't listen to you and do what they want at times!! Especially, you call them, they will respond coming to you only if they find its worth it such as when they are coincidently hungry that time, else they won't respond just be quitely in the corner, even when they are summoned.
But they are fun in their own ways, you know, I am a big cat living associated so closely with them... and the alpha cat at that, that they don't a tall take seriously. Ha!!

I haven't been very successful with crypto either. I'm not very smart when it comes to trading and financial stuff. I usually make bad decisions and end up losing money. But I tell myself that it's only a hobby and it doesn't matter if I win or lose as long as I'm having fun playing the game.
I would code a trading bot, but I think it would just end up costing me money rather than making money.
I think you need more CAT coins. Hehe! That will take your mind off of shit coins for a bit.

speaking of crypto, I had the same experience as you. I also lost a lot of money. I did something very risky and very stupid.
last year crypto dogecoin was amazing. it intrigued me. and I believe this crypto will make me rich. until finally I took a loan at the bank and bought it in large quantities.
after i bought it the price of dogecoin crashed. dropped very drastically. made me lose a lot of money. and at that time I was very stressed. because they have to cover the bank installments every month.
and in the end I decided to sell my power hive. I'm really very unlucky.
@saboin ... you seem to be someone who has lot more things to do in life than crypto which is good(: well diversified, and crypto turns out to be a interesting hobby for you that will pay you back well someday...
Yes, emotions have to be put aside in the field... unfortunately when your so serious on crypto and have nothing else much to do in life... it hurts, because its not just money I invested in crypto, I invested my mind and energy and yes its definitely given me and taught me so much more...
about financial system and powers and society and problems of how system is today and such things... and this field has so much in it, you never get bored, amazing stories and novel ways to do things... its disruptive.
We make mistakes in investing as in life... but ultimately wealth creation is neccessary as pay back for all those efforts... so it feels like wasted efforts...
Keeping balanced in life and investing is always good... having other things to do but having exposure to crypto at same time.
I hope people are able to build that eqaution...
