The first day of this month is received with a table served in abundance, that is to commemorate our traditions; Every year on this date the day of ¨carai¨ ¨octubre¨ is celebrated, this represents poverty and neglect, to help it we must eat in abundance; This year we decided to prepare four different dishes, we received the day in harmony and reunited with my loved ones.
We received this ¨BeerSaturday¨ in the same way, to accompany the exquisite ¨beers¨ that we have chosen for this week's tasting, we decided to prepare five cold dishes, we love to eat delicious meals, drink delicious beers and watch a good movie
This time I opted for two different beers, one red and one blonde, both very delicious and recommended for tasting. The first is a lager beer, "lager" made with a recipe they have used since 1912. Its aroma is fruity, the presence of "hops" is perceived; When serving, it fizzes many times, and forms a good glass of medium foam that remains for a few moments; Its smooth and refreshing flavor, you can appreciate the malt, a slight bitterness when swallowing, I think it is the typical taste of yeast. Its presentation in a 473 cc can, with an alcohol content of 4.7%
This one is very different; It is a red ¨ale¨ beer; Its aroma is sweet caramel and malt; When serving, its reddish color is clearly appreciated, much effervescence, it forms a good glass of small foams that lasts for a few seconds, toasted malt is felt in the mouth, and a bitterness when swallowed, its presentation in a 473 cc tin with a graduation 5% alcoholic
