Hello, everybody!
It was a long week of taking care of my hubby's mom, who was recovering from COVID-19.
But we managed to sneak out to the grocery store, grabbing some essentials and a few treats for ourselves, and we got some beers to unwind.
We picked up four different kinds.
San Miguel flavored beer, Apple soju, Smirnoff mule, and Tanduay Ice.
Look at that smile, you can see the excitement in his eyes! 😅
The familiar one for us is the San Miguel flavored beer. The Apple soju is also the one we'd tried before, and I loved its refreshing taste.
However, the Smirnoff and Tanduay Ice are both new to us.
So, that's one we choose to taste.
Mine was the Tanduay Ice Vodka Lemonade. It tastes refreshing, with an alcohol content of 6% ABV. It also had sweet and citrus flavors, making it a perfect choice for me.
While my hubby chose the Smirnoff. As he said, it has the taste of vodka.
It also has 6% ABV and tastes lemony and has a neutral flavor.
Both of them make our evening relaxing, sipping our drinks, and making us feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
The Tanduay Ice Vodka Lemonade was a hit with me.
Just the right amount of sweetness and sourness.
My hubby also enjoyed his Smirnoff.
He appreciates its smoothness and clean taste.
We did enjoy our drinks. Our new favorite beer. 💖 It gives you a stronger kick but without getting too tipsy or drunk.
Just a moment of perfect relaxation. 🌷
So yeah, drinking beer is enjoyable, but in moderation. And it's essential to drink responsibly. 🌸
Until our next drink...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸
Do you realize that these drinks are not beer?
Huh? When it comes to soju, maybe it's not beer... But all three are beer.
Since when is vodka beer?
🤭 sorry... Even I got confused. So there are only two beers... The Smirnoff and San Mig. The Smirnoff is made with vodka and beer. I got to research now. 🤦🏼♀️
Ginger beer isn't real beer either. As long as it's manufactured and not brewed.
That San Miguel is a terrible flavored industrial beer, but technically speaking, it is the only beer in your post.
Yeah. I think so too. But the flavor of San Miguel, you don't like it? That's one of my favorites. Maybe because that's what we can afford. 😅
I've tried several of their brews in Spain, and it is nothing special. Quite the contrary. As for flavored beers, I think it's just a nod to people who don't really like beer at all. And then, there are way tastier options. Wheat beers, sours ales, you name it.
