That little chubby one is from a brewery in operation at least since 1545! Who doesn't love a historic tripel blonde?

I've tried quite a few beers from medieval breweries, mostly from monks in monasteries who still brew according to the same old recipes (let's say it's true 😎) and they were all very good. This one isn't bad either, the only thing I think is that these guys overdid it with the coriander.
