First interaction on my part with you in this community, I am encouraged to write this publication, since August 5th is celebrated the INTERNATIONAL BEER DAY🍺🍺! and what better community to write about beer, than this one?
On August 5, 2007, a group of friends in California got together and decided to establish a day as International Beer Day, and it was not until 2012 that the first Friday of August was approved as the day to pay tribute to this beverage that has been consumed since time immemorial all over the world.
Primera interacción de mi parte con ustedes en esta comunidad, me animo a escribir esta publicación, ya que el día 5 de agosto se celebra el ¡DÍA INTERNACIONAL DE LA CERVEZA!🍺🍺 y que mejor comunidad para escribir sobre la cerveza, ¿que esta?
El 5 de agosto del año 2007 un grupo de amigos en california se reunieron y decidieron plantear un día como el día internacional de la cerveza y no es sino hasta el año 2012 cuando se aprueba que se tome el primer viernes de agosto como el día para homenajear a esta bebida tan consumida desde tiempos inmemorables en todo el mundo.
How do we define beer? I am sure that everyone will have their own concept, that accumulation of barley, alcoholic beverage, a toast, a birra, a curda, a chela, etc. .... everyone will have their own concept and / or will say according to the country - city where it is located will have its popular name.
I am Venezuelan, here in my country we know it in various ways as mentioned above, the truth is that a beer is always a reason to celebrate, my personal opinion is to share with your friends - family for a special occasion, or a simple reason, I'll give you a beer! These expressions get more than one person hooked hahahahahahaha, and they do not end in just one beer, but in several beers.
I have had the opportunity to drink and try different beers, and I will stick with the popular and unique "NEGRITA"; that beer that you always share with your friends, for a nice moment, a passing exam, a great news, a meeting or just because.
¿La cerveza como la definimos? Estoy seguro que cada quien tendrá su propio concepto, ese cumulo de cebada, bebida alcohólica, un brindis, una birra, una curda, una chela, etc.… cada quien le tendrá su propio concepto y/o le dirá de acuerdo al país – ciudad donde se encuentre le tendrá su nombre popular.
Soy venezolano, aquí en mi país la conocemos de varias maneras como las mencionadas ahí arriba, lo cierto es que una cerveza siempre es motivo de celebrar, mi opinión personal es un compartir con tus amigos – familiares por una ocasión especial, o un simple motivo, ¡Epale mi pana! ¡Te brindo una curda! Estas expresiones a mas de uno los engancha jajajajajaja, y no terminan en 1 sola cerveza, sino en varias birras.
He tenido la oportunidad de tomar, probar diversas cervezas y me quedo con la popular e inigualable "NEGRITA"; esa cerveza que siempre compartes con tus panas, por un momento agradable, un examen aprobado, una noticia estupenda, una reunión o simplemente porque si.
After the bold one, I choose the "SOLERA", this one has a diversity of flavors and alcoholic degrees that I think give a special touch to each one, actually this line of beer has a history behind it; each one represents a particular flavor (Germany - Holland, among other countries).
Después de la negrita, me quedo con la “SOLERA”, esta tiene una diversidad de sabores y grados alcohólicos que en particular pienso que le dan un toque especial a cada uno, actualmente esta línea de cerveza, tienen historia detrás de ella; cada una representa algún sabor en particular (Alemania – Holanda, entre otros países).
This year for the first time, I had the opportunity to drink the well known "Heineken" when I was on my tour of the island of Margarita, I have a good memory of this beer.
The beers in my environment have always accompanied me to events of various kinds, those memories always remain in us, if you are with a friend - family do not despise the fact of inviting you to drink (share a beer with that person).

Este año por primera vez, tuve la oportunidad de tomar la muy conocida “Heineken” cuando estuve en mi recorrido por la isla de margarita, tengo un buen recuerdo de dicha cerveza.
Las birras en mi entorno siempre me han acompañado de eventos de diversa índole, esos recuerdos siempre quedan en nosotros, si estas con un amigo – familiar no le desprecies el hecho de invitarte a tomar (compartir una cerveza con dicha persona)
