I do not have the most organized sleeping routine for so many reasons. One of them is studying, I stay up late at night studying just to get high scores in exams but in return? It is like killing me.
I can relate to this. I am currently studying for my exam, which is coming up in the first week of October.
You need to try to create a time to sleep naturally so you don't get used to that Melatonin.

Yes! I made sure to myself that I don't abuse taking melatonin. I just really drink whenever I don't have sleep.
