RE: HivePH Updates and Future Community Activities

Interesting post @adamada. This is a realistic post with very real goals. I'm happy that there will be continuation in leadership just to maintain status quo, as you described. I wouldn't mind giving more upvotes to non-Filipino blogposts as long as it doesn't violate community guidelines. It can help increase curation "income" and spread the word about the #philippines and the @hiveph community. I am optimistic about the price of HIVE going up. So, if that is a big reason for the dropout in Pinoy users, then an increase in price might increase the active user base. I'm powering up all my Hive rewards and Leo rewards as of late with the expectation that I'm here for the long term and also because I believe that the value of Hive is less in proportion to the market price today. Hence, the price of HIVE will eventually go up with the right time and conditions. Good luck and have a blast. :)

It's mostly a change of label rather than major changes happening. Maybe some changes in how the curation works on the backend but nothing dramatic. The root problems are low user activity and engagement which is understandable considering our demographics aren't really as committed to this blockchain. They got other blockchains or centralized social media platforms to be occupied with and that's fine.

I just don't like seeing an attitude that they are entitled for some support if they haven't spent some effort on this community. If people did the math on how their tokens can earn them here just by hustling, they'd know what they're missing out. For the ones that remained hustling and spreading out to other communities, they're positioning themselves better for scenarios where the token pumps.

Yeah. It's all good. HIVE is slowly getting back on its feet in terms of price. At 0.17 cents now, the slow and steady rise might just gain momentum sooner than later. In the meantime, I'm here to enjoy posting my stuff and having a front-row seat to watch this sleeping giant (more like a baby giant now) wake up. Someday...
