There are a lot of things that I just hope I never do or say. If I can only turn back that time, I will correct those embarrassing moments that happened.
Don't beat yourself up too much over it. Those are learning opportunities. You said it yourself, you are not yet used to meeting new people. But I can see yiu have a lot of pent up energy that's waiting to be let out. So go out more often, meet new people, widen your circle of friends, learn from them.
