El martes de mayo exactamente a las 4 pm🌄 de la tarde me acerca a la tienda de Élite Bikes para hacer un entrenamiento con el ciclista profesional del Team Orbea😳 Ottoniel Rodríguez🔝🔥🚴, el cual fue realizado en honor al día de las madres🤰, ese día fueron varias madres ciclista y había una premiacion🎁 para las tres primeras madres que llegarán al punto de llegada ubicada en la vía de Ocumare de la costa⛰️ (zona montañezca).

Sin embargo en el plano realizado mis amigos me recomendaron que mantuviera una velocidad cómoda o rotada🚲 y que fuera detrás de los primeros ciclistas en fila para así mantenerme descansada para la subida y ahí darlo todo⛰️🔝.

Finalmente les dejo mi registro de actividad física que realicé con la aplicación Strava📲, donde registre una distancia de 41 kilómetros🛣️ a una velocidad promedio de 22,7 kilómetros por hora🕓🏎️.
