En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un poco de lo que fue mi entrenamiento de ayer, mi fondo🛣️ (el entrenamiento que se hace en plano y carretera) hasta Bella vista📍, el cual realice con mi amigo Ciclista Lamberth🤝 el cuál realizamos mitad en autopista y mitad en carretera a un ritmo constante y marcado de más de 30 kilómetros por hora🏎️🕑🤯, hoy les compartiré algunos consejos que me han funcionado para mejorar mis rutas largas💪.

On this occasion I want to share with you a little of what was my training yesterday, my background🛣️ (the training that is done in plane and road) to Bella vista📍, which I did with my friend Ciclista Lamberth🤝 which we did half on the highway and half on the road at a constant and marked pace of more than 30 kilometers per hour🏎️🕑🤯, today I will share some tips that have worked for me to improve my long💪 routes.

Yesterday afternoon we had planned to go out to make a fund, however I had a last minute🤕 mishap and I even thought I would not be able to attend the training but my friend Lamberth came to my house🏠 and helped me solve it to give my legs everything on the highway🚴♀️🛣️ ;
Antes de salir de casa me encargue de hidratarme🚰 lo suficiente ya que íbamos a ir a una distancia considerablemente larga, también comí algunos frutos secos🥜 para darme más energía en la ruta🔋.
Before leaving home I took care of hydrating🚰 enough as we were going to go a considerably long distance, I also ate some nuts🥜 to give me more energy on the route🔋.
And thank goodness I did because the speed we rode was🔥, throughout the highway we were going against the wind a little more than 30 kilometers🤯, then we got off the highway🛣️ and went along the road to Cagua;
Una de las formas de evitar la fatiga muscular durante estos viajes es hacer lo que es conocido como "Bailarina🚴♀️" en el ciclismo que es básicamente pararse🚲🏃♀️ en la bicicleta en varias partes de la ruta, pues te ayudará a estirar los músculos de todo el cuerpo.
One of the ways to avoid muscle fatigue during these trips is to do what is known as "Dancer🚴♀️" in cycling which is basically standing 🚲🏃♀️ on the bike in various parts of the route, as it will help you stretch the muscles of the whole body.
Apart from giving you more endurance and strength, this exercise mentioned above can be done on a hill🚵♀️ or climb⛰️🔝 and you will see that they will exhaust much less;

Since the weight of the body contributes to the movement and the muscle🦵 still does the work (when you do you must put the relationship of changes in a comfortable relationship for you🔥, without costing you too much or making it so easy🔍).
Well, this is how they will obtain results in performance, doing a constant and efficient💯 work;
Ese día con mi amigo Lamberth pudimos apreciar un bello atardecer🌄, una de las cosas que más me gusta de andar en bici🚲, pues contemplar mi entorno me ayuda a permanecer en el presente y estar en calma mentalmente me ayuda a ser mejor ciclista🚴♀️📈.
That day with my friend Lamberth we could appreciate a beautiful sunset🌄, one of the things I like most about riding a bike🚲, because contemplating my surroundings helps me to stay in the present and being calm mentally helps me to be a better cyclist🚴♀️📈.
It's also good that they have some way to record their routes🚲📝 (I use an app called Strava);
Aquí👆 por lo menos estábamos en movimiento y el teléfono con la aplicación que funciona con satélite registro un ritmo de 29 kilómetros por hora en una distancia recorrida de 42 kilómetros🛣️🏎️🕑.
Here👆 we were at least on the move and the phone with the satellite application recorded a pace of 29 kilometers per hour over a distance traveled of 42 kilometers🛣️🏎️🕑.
I really love seeing how he overcame me day after day🌥️;
Ese día rompí varios de mis récords personales y me encantó verlos reflejados en mi perfil de Strava📲.
That day I broke several of my personal records and loved seeing them reflected in my Strava📲 profile.
And more than that I achieved two first places in the women's positions in the area💪🌺🛣️;
Vaya que me siento orgullosa de mí y de lo que he logrado, siempre pienso que es la constancia y la de que me tengo que me lleva lejos✨.
Wow, I feel proud of myself and what I have achieved, I always think that it is perseverance and that I have that takes me far✨.

And the best thing is that I know that I still have a way to go, but day by day I give my best in each round and I am not willing to give up until I achieve my final goals.
