Espero se encuentren muy bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una de las primeras y mejores experiencias deportivas💪 y naturales🌳 del inicio de mi 2023📆, les mostraré un poco de las maravillas existentes en el Cerro de la Hacienda de los Aguacates🥑 y todo lo que aconteció durante esta aventura.

I hope you are very well, this time I want to share with you one of the first and best sports💪 and natural🌳 experiences of the beginning of my 2023 , 📆 I will show you a little of the wonders existing in the Cerro de la Hacienda de los Aguacates🥑 and everything that happened during this adventure.
I hope you enjoy it and are encouraged to visit this magnificent place📍 or failing to connect with the nature that surrounds⛰️👁️🗨️ you, a hug.
This hiking trail that my friend Jesus and I🤝 took was done on January📆 8th at 6am🕓;
Nos trasladamos desde Maracay a la autopista vía Valencia🇻🇪, tomando el desvío🛣️↗️ hacia la entrada de Mariara📍, donde esta situada la Hacienda.
We move from Maracay to the highway via Valencia🇻🇪, taking the detour🛣️↗️ to the entrance of Mariara📍, where the Hacienda is located.
Upon arrival we were greeted by this cute puppy🐕🦺 ;
Para mi amigo Jesús era su primera vez por estas tierras y estabamos emocionados😎.
For my friend Jesus it was his first time in these lands and we were excited😎.
Before we started we warmed up a little and stretched✅, since when we got up so early our bodies needed to activate⚡;
Para esta ruta de senderismo nos llevamos ropa cómoda👕 y deportiva, agua y comida.
For this hiking route we take confortable👕 and sporty clothes, water and food.
We start with a medium pace, enjoying the beautiful views🖼️;
Pues cada una es única y cambiante a medida que se avanza por el camino😍.
Well, each one is unique and changing as you go along the way😍.
Many people👥 pass through this road daily since it is open to the public☑️;
Les recomiendo ir con alguien que ya haya ido o con algún guía🗺️ sí es la primera vez que van porque hay varios caminos🔛⚠️.
I recommend going with someone who has already gone or with a guide🗺️ if it is the first time you go because there are several roads🔛⚠️.
What I like most about this mountain is that the terrain⛰️ is not really steep🧗🏻♀️;
Y cuánto más te aproximes a la cascada la sombra🌳, la flora🌱 y la fauna🦎 se vuelven más frías e intensas.
And the closer you get to the waterfall the shade🌳, flora🌱, and fauna 🦎 become colder❄️ and more intense.
Although we were going at a medium pace my friend and I really got to the top😱 fast⏳;
Mejor dicho, el camino que conduce a la cascada🏞️.
Rather, the road that leads to the waterfall🏞️.
It really helped us to go early⛅ since there is not so much sun🌞 we did not get dehydrated or sweat excessively🥵;
La cascada para mi es la mayor recompensa🎁 después de casi 7 kilómetros de caminata.
The waterfall for me is the biggest reward🎁 after almost 7 kilometers of walking.
Although I warn you that the small well that is there is quite cold😅;
Pero a la vez lo frío del agua ayuda a tonificar los músculos🦵 y es gratificante🔝. Ya de regreso en nuestra caminata👣🔙, al llegar a la entrada de la Hacienda compramos unos deliciosos helados de cacao🍦🍫 para recuperar un poco de fuerza.
But at the same time the cold of the water helps to tone the muscles🦵 and is rewarding🔝. Back on our walk👣🔙, when we arrived at the entrance of the Hacienda we bought some delicious cocoa ice cream 🍦🍫 to recover some strength.

El senderismo🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻 para mi es algo magnífico ya que uno cuerpo, mente y alma con la naturaleza🌳🌿, el aquí y el ahora.
Hiking🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻 for me is something magnificent since one body, mind and soul with nature🌳🌿, the here and now.

For me it was an amazing experience in which I was exhausted😅 but it was totally worth it💯.

Ay que rico se ve ese clima🥰 me encanta!! Y bueno despues de 7 kilometros con semejante cascada tan bonita, el cansancio queda atras me imagino jeje que bello todo
