Verán, hace tiempo⏳ que no rodaba🚳 pero ahora me estoy reactivando y veo mejoras solo por ser constante💯, sin importar tanto los kilómetros que haga🚲🛣️, por eso traigo este nuevo reto.

Yesterday, Monday, August📆 29, I went out with my friend Lamberth🤝 to train a plane on the highway🚴🚴♀️🛣️
Y la verdad fue un entrenamiento bastante exigente😅, sin embargo me sentí mucho mejor que la semana pasada⚡🦵 ya que tenía algunos kilómetros acumulados (180 kilómetros)...
And the truth was a pretty demanding😅 training, however I felt much better than last⚡🦵 week since I had some kilometers accumulated (180 kilometers)...
So I came up with an interesting💡 idea
Y es hacer un reto para motivarme a hacer ejercicio en la bici por 5 días🌥️🌗 de manera consecutiva para acumular más kilómetros de los que se puedan🥵.
And it is to do a challenge to motivate myself to exercise on the bike for 5 days🌥️🌗 consecutively to accumulate more kilometers than you can🥵.
And yesterday I started with the challenge✅, doing a speed training until the black📍🗺️🇻🇪 stick toll;
El entrenamiento de velocidad consta de mantener una velocidad por más de 10 minutos⏲️ y la cual debe pasar de 30 kilómetros por hora🚲🕓.
Speed training consists of maintaining a speed for more than 10 minutes⏲️ and which must exceed 30 kilometers per hour🚲🕓.

Este primer día del reto hice 34 kilómetros, en una hora y 36 minutos⏳, a una velocidad promedio de 21 kilómetros por hora🚲, siendo la máxima 45 kilómetros por hora🔥.
This first day of the challenge I did 34 kilometers, in an hour and 36 minutes⏳, at an average speed of 21 kilometers per hour🚲, being the maximum 45 kilometers per hour🔥.
Training is also recorded with Strava📲;
Sin embargo mi teléfono quedó sin batería📵🔋 a mitad del camino y preferí ahorrar la que tenia para las fotografías📸... Pero en los esfuerzos se puede apreciar que mantuve una velocidad de 35 kilómetros por hora🕓🏎️ en un tiempo de 11 minutos⌚.
However my phone ran out of battery📵🔋 halfway through and I preferred to save the one I had for photographs📸... But in the efforts it can be seen that I maintained a speed of 35 kilometers per hour 🕓🏎️ in a time of 11 minutes⌚.
