I have started my exercises a couple days ago and I could you I got some improvement in my fitness. But yesterday, I missed out due to procrastination or laziness...I can't tell. Now I'm angry I missed yesterday's exercise. I hope I don't miss any day anymore.

Using a mat? That's a good idea. Though I don't do yoga...I do normal exercise like press up and sit up.
